Checked into our room and as soon as we opened the room, it reeked of cigarette smell. Very intolerant that we needed to change rooms. Front desk person was very nice and understanding. Gave us a more spacious room. This room however had a moldy smell. We didn’t ask for another room as we were exausted from travel and wanted to rest. One of the bed sheet had a blood stain on it. Again, we were tired and only stayed for a night that we dealed with it and avoided sleeping on that area. The AC wasn't strong as we would like it but provided cool breeze. The water from the shower head did not provide cold water as i wanted. Later the next morning, the hallways reeked of cigarette smell... The hallways are very narrow and elevator could barely hold 2 people and our luggage... The staff were nice and location is wonderful as its tucked into an alley from the busy streets yet close and convenient. Overall, the hotel was okay.

The location is very good - the Royal Palace is a 5 minute walk away and I was able to walk to all the other attractions that I wanted to visit - however, you will have no problem acquiring a tuk tuk if you want...

The description was inaccurate as the bar and restaurant were in a sister hotel around 2 corners. The breakfast was great and the staff so helpful. The airport transfer didn't work out but the staff organised a vehicle.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is near many restaurants, including a very good Indian one across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, Not far away from Royal Palace, walking distance from many places. Hot water in the bathroom, coffee not good, breakfast was OK, made to order eggs. Only leaves 2 instant coffee, no tea in the room. 2 bottles of water, can get more at the reception

Vraiment super. L emplacement est parfait, proche de tout à pied et pourtant au calme. Seul bémol: la piscine est toujours à l ombre et reste donc un peu fraîche.

Hotel bietet die Möglichkeit, auch die beiden Pools der zugehörigen Nachbarhotels mit zu nutzen - einer mit wunderschönem Rooftop-Pool mit Glasscheibe und Stadtblick.
