I cant say enough about the excellent staff and workers here at the Hotel ZiOne Luxury. Just the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a warm reception. The bell attendees are at your service and the management staff starting with Yina is top notch and huge shout out to her! I had to rebook a stay there and she made it happen on short notice! She is awesome and I cannot thank her enough. The rooms are nice and comfy and the breakfast buffet is fresh and is filling. The rooftop pool views are perfect and the bar drinks are perfect. And the pool water is the perfec temperature.Every time I come to Cartagena which is often for work and fun this is my place to stay and its right around everything you need from the mall to the 24 hour market and the local feel.

I had such an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff is really OUTSTANDING! They are extremely helpful, warm, respectful,.and welcoming.
My room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! Great shower and jacuzzi. I will definitely stay with them again. Oh, and the breakfast was good!

The hotel is nice but not "luxury". Single king bed room is very small. Bed was comfortable. No hot water, it was barely warm. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The free breakfast featured local foods and beverages which were very good. Rooftop Pool area was nice. Sitting area in front of building is very nice and always clean. Overall, it's nice but a little pricey.

Me alojé con mi familia. Y es muy seguro y familiar. Cerca de todo. Restaurantes, farmacia la playa a solo 5 minutos o menos. Fácil acceso para taxis o Uber. Siempre atentos a ayudar e informar. Volveré alojarme aquí sin duda alguna.
