For anyone looking for a completely different stay in London, look no further. The boat has been very tastefully renovated to the highest standards. My family stayed in the media room which is filled with CDs, videos, dvds and books. The only trouble is that you can’t play any of them unless you bring your own CD/video/dvd player and hook up to the tv. They are nice to look at though and reminisce in front of your kids who have no idea what a video is. The lounge area is relaxing and again filled with books, large seating area and views out of the portholes.
The location is quiet and about 100 metres walk from South Quay docklands light railway. It’s also about a ten minute walk to Canary Wharf with its multitude of shops and restaurants.
To top things off Dario our host was lovely and made us feel most welcome and gave us a tour and history of the boat.

Simply the best way to stay in Canary Wharf. You leave feeling relaxed and well looked after. The rooms are luxurious, especially en-suite. The open lounge area is expansive, welcoming with a fantastic library, antiques and more. Very special boat, fresher air. Altogether better than any 5 star hotel. Grand.
