Bonne adresse pour une étape à Londres. Notre chambre n'était pas très grande mais elle était bien équipée (réfrigérateur/congélateur, bouilloire, micro-ondes et set complet d'assiettes, bols, verres et couverts). Set d'hygiène également fourni, y compris une brosse à dents et du dentifrice. Attention, plusieurs chambres sont en demi sous-sol donc pas très lumineuses. Petit déjeuner inclus tout à fait

We had a lovely stay here. It was really easy to check in and out, and having codes rather than a key made life very simple. Breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped - microwave, kettle, fridge and plates, bowls and cutlery as well as cups and glasses. The bathroom was small but the shower was very good and easy to use. Plenty of towels. There was occasionally a little noise from the street (traffic, sirens etc), but that was mostly because we had our window open. It didn't disturb us or make it difficult to sleep. There's no lift at this hotel, so that's something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Room was on the smaller side, but it did have 3 distinct beds and tiny areas for 3 adults/luggage. Shower/bathroom was also very small, but excellent water pressure and temperature controls in shower and sink. A bit dated, but quiet, clean, convenient check-in/out, and a very nice staff member on-site in the morning/afternoon. No safe-deposit box nor elevator, but not a huge problem. Nice little property for the money.

The hotel was okay. Reviews said it was dated but it was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was modernised and again very clean. A rarity in london it seems! The bedroom had air con, and the bed was very comfie to sleep in. We would stay here again.

Lovely little hotel, friendly helpful competent staff. Check-in was a breeze, we were given a door code before we arrived. Room was clean and we saw cleaners stripping beds and vacuuming so know they get changed after each stay. Tiny rooms with lots crammed in, including really useful fridge, microwave and crockery. Air conditioning was a must in the heatwave . Tiny garden outside.
Rooms/decor are not modern but serviceable. Easy walk to Euston, Goodge and other stations. Quiet room (no traffic noises) we were in room 10
Please note, this is not an accessible building, lots of stairs including down for breakfast

Hôtel bien placé, pas trop loin du métro. Accueil serviable. Surprise, la chambre est en demi sous sol. Plutôt cossue. Literie un peu 'molle'. La terrasse extérieure est un puits de jour de 4m2. A l'arrivée, on se demande pourquoi la clim et la ventilation sont à fond. Réponse le soir même : quand l'air est trop chaud et humide, le détecteur de fumée se met à sonner. Pas de personnel de nuit dans l'hôtel mais un numéro d'astreinte permet une intervention dans les 15 minutes. Ceci réglé, bon séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel attentionné et gentil. Linge changé quotidiennement. Bref, très correct, même si le prix des hôtels londonniens reste élevé.

The hotel was so clean, beautiful, comfortable and safe. Perfect location - walking distance from everyone. The staff were beyond welcoming and kind and so much fun. The waiter for breakfast was so sweet and the food was delicious with massive portion sizes. Absolutely loved it!

Small but pleasant room next to the breakfast room. Staff were pleasant but we were very frustrated to have to walk to another hotel to check in at 6pm, even though the reception was advertised as open until 7pm. This is not just a 30 second walk and left us short of time to get ready for a meal.
