Pleasent stay, convenient location in walkable distance to main attractions. Possibly bit more variety for breakfast could improve our stay.

Lovely clean room, would deffo stay again

Staff were outstanding, going above and beyond available 24/7 . Nice, simple breakfast. Comfy beds. Extra pillows.

We wanted somewhere close to wicked so we didn’t have to travel on the tube with a 8 year old at 11pm and this was perfect. 5 minutes walk from theatre (which is also Victoria station) 10-15 min walk to Buckingham palace. We only came for one night, wanted to do sight seeing then the show. This was literally somewhere to sleep and it was perfect. You get what you pay for, it’s not the ritz. Yes it could do with a lick of paint but if you want easy access and somewhere to rest your head for a night or two, then this is perfect.

The bathroom was very narrow/small and not at the same level as room floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for easy access to Victoria Station for our London tour and return to the airport. Full English breakfast was served. Our room was on 1st floor, which we appreciated (getting our luggage up to the other floors would have been a huge challenge for us in our 70’s). Room was clean except for the carpet, and flooring under the carpet felt very unstable. Our only major complaint is the multiple bites my husband came away with. From reading past reviews, I assume they are from bedbugs, and I am angry that we may have brought them into our house with our luggage. We have stayed in LOTS of hotels and never had to deal with them.This changes my rating from good to poor.

Excelente custo benefício! Localização perfeita! O hotel está sendo reformado, então no primeiro momento você desespera um pouco, pois a recepção ainda está para reformar. Ficamos hospedados no quarto número 25, muito bem reformado, limpo e seguro. O café da manhã é simples, te servem na mesa, senti falta de uma fruta como opção! Adorei a máquina gratuita na recepção que oferece, suco, água quente ou gelada, chás e até mesmo sopa! Para quem busca localização, limpeza e custo benefício, esse é um bom hotel. Não recomendado para idosos, pois não existe elevador.

Al acudir al hotel y al darnos la habitación, es que decidí acostarme ya que me encontraba muy cansado y al estar recostado en la cama 20 min es que decido levantarme xq sentía demasiada comezón en el cuerpo y me percato que tenía chinches en el cuerpo, y al revisar la cama y la almohada estaba llena de cucarachas y me encontraba todo hinchado de la piel y llamando al encargado por lo que al ver dicha situación es que decide tomar fotos y realiza una llamada, diciendo que no cobrarían nada de la habitación que no se había percatada de la plaga que tenía en esa habitación por lo que la cancelo y comentó que no tenía más habitaciones por lo que decidimos reservar otro a través de xpedia y fue como conseguimos otro hotel al momento, en verdad llevo años viajando y es el peor hotel en el cual me he quedado, no sé cómo pueden tener esa calidad de higiene en ese hotel. Un reverendo ascooooo, por lo cual solicito que se me haga la devolución de dicha estadía

For the location and price this was an acceptable hotel. The breakfast included was quite nice and sustaining throughout the day. A basic hotel but a good budget option for a place to sleep while exploring London all day.

Typisk engelsk lower class hotell. Ok renhold på rommet men ellers ikke bra. Forferdelig frokost. Mange trapper å gå uten heis

Centralt beliggende, gammelt slidt hotel med et meget dårligt badeværelse; for det første et trin op på ca 35 cm og så småt at man ikke kunne sidde på wc uden at døren skulle stå åben og døren kunne slet ikke lukkes eller låses. Sengen var elendig at ligge i. Service fra personalet var der ikke en finger sætte på. TV var en skærm på ca 20 tommer, hvor man intet kunne se på grund af billedforstyrrelser. Internet var for det meste okay. God gåafstand til handel, transport og spisesteder.

Good place to crash near Battersea power station for an event we went through. Room was clean-ish except random black hairs on towels and a used soap bar in the bathroom (there were new ones available). Could not sleep until 1am due to noise coming from rooms above and outside Breakfast is included and starts at 7:30. Bed is ok, mattress a bit on the springy side.

The location is very convenient Walking distance -10 minutes to Victoria coach station , Victoria train and underground station. To Buckingham Palace is 20 minutes. The breakfast is simple but good. Staff are nice.

Gute Anbindungen, Frühstück enthalten, sauberes Zimmer, gemütliche Betten, riecht allerdings überall komisch.

It's a old building where we can see some holes in the walls, some paint on the floor... But the room was large with a nice bathroom. The beds comfortable and clean. I went with my kids and there were space enough for 3 of us. Everyday change the towels. Breakfast it's nice. In general I liked. And it's near of everything. Vitoria station, the center... It's good to do everything walking.

It is small and basic, but if you need cheap in London then you can’t go wrong with this place.
