Host Karen, has every need covered, excellent attention to detail. Wonderful large, comfy bed, breakfast was amazing ( large servings), very clean room and house overall. Easy parking and only very short drive to Aldeburgh or Thorpeness or Leiston. Warm welcome and excellent stay overall.

Fantastic B and B. The room was absolutely spotless and had great facilities. I needed early check in as I was attending a wedding and my request was easily accommodated. The breakfast had a wide selection and was very very tasty. Highly recommend anyone considering staying here.
The only thing I would advise is that if you aren’t a driver, pre book all of your taxis throughout your stay. It is nigh on impossible to book one within two hours notice.

The house was spotless, fresh and full of light. It had a very peaceful feel. There were many considerate details that made a difference such as a small fridge for milk, a rack for all the spongebag items, a fold up table. I was a single traveller and was offered a double room rather than a twin. It was very convenient for Aldeburgh and easy to reach Minsmere and Southwold. Excellent breakfast.

Happy to recommend and defiantly stay there again .
Short drive to beach / sea, not an issue and of course a lot cheaper than accommodation at the beach front.
