a nice family hotel but not come with a nice room
very strong feats about this hotel is child facility/playground, very spoiling. from outdoor (free horse ride, rabbit feeding, trampoline, slide) to indoor (coloring, free ice cream, etc), children will be pleased the pool is nice, the hotel provides water beds too. pool almost never quiet. surrounded by photogenic spots too but the room is quite viceversa, especialy the bathroom. very horrible! floor easlily flooded by the shower water, and it can reach outside bathroom. thanks to the fast-response staff to help clean the water. but again this is very disturbing. the cloth line is also ridiculous, it's placed just next to the shower. the hot water is not stable, sometimes it get cold by itself breakfast is great, large option with yummy-taste. high tea is also delicious

Went here for dinner buffet with business colleague
I had a dinner buffet here after a long conference. And the dinner here was not disappointing. Dessert = ice creams, cakes, fried sweets. Tasted nice. Noodle sec= limited choice but tasted fine Fried sec = meats,tasted delicious Rice sec = loveddd the taste.

Oh i love this hotel so much, the view so nice and the service also. The room is good, not wasteful if u spend your money to stay in here. Even the pools not big but u can enjoy the quality of room even in standard room.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff
A big thank you to the staff of Sheraton Bandung, especially to Manager Mr Anung Prihastomo, for making my first family trip t Bandung a very memorable one. My experience at the hotel wasn’t all good, but it was the service recovery led by Mr. Anung that won me back. I decided to book my 4D3N stay with Sheraton Bandung based on good reviews. My first night at the hotel wasn’t a good experience. The lift nearest to our Tower Room was out of service. As I was travelling with 2 young children, it was not too pleasant to have them take the stairs, or at least not what I was expecting for a stay at Sheraton. The lift nearest to our room remained out of service throughout my stay, and as we didn’t have a porter most of the time, my husband and I had to carry the stroller and manage two children up and down the stairs. We didn’t use the working lift as it was at the other end of the long building. The hotel phone system was very bad. I was not able to make calls to the reception, house-keeping, restaurant for room service. Whenever I needed something, I had to walk to the reception. I complained about this on the first night, and the engineer fixed it the next morning. However, the problem kept coming back. On the third day, when my children were hungry and restless after a swim and I needed room service badly, the phone was not working. I decided then that I was not going to tolerate this anymore and I made a formal complaint. Mr Anung Prihastomo, the duty manager at that time, understood my frustration and was able to address them effectively. He offered me his personal number and told me to whatsapp him directly if the phone in the room is not working. He was very prompt to send someone to attend to my service requests. Mr Anung was very apologetic for my disappointment was Sheraton. He invited my family to a dinner which I initially turned down, as I told him my family had dined in the hotel the previous night and my plan was to go out to a nice restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He was persistent and very sincere and he requested me to give him and the hotel a chance to let us bring back some good experience of the hotel. I accepted the dinner invitation. And to our pleasant service, He planned a private dinning for my family at the corner of the Tower Lounge. The dinner table was beautifully decorated with flowers and candles. The food was excellent, and to this day, my husband still talks about the delicious steak he had. The dinner was beautiful, and it became the highlight of our trip. Even after we checked out of the hotel, and I needed some help and recommendations on places to go, Mr Anung was still very helpful. He was one of the few locals I know, and I felt he offered the best help he can give. I would like to congratulate Mr Anung, for his ability to win back the trust of an unhappy guest, and yes, because you made the difference, I will choose Sheraton Bandung again. I would strongly suggest for the management of the hotel to investigate further on the phone network and to fix the problem. This is a very basic amenity of a hotel room, what more Sheraton.
