What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day.

Fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff and an amazing spa. Few things that were a bit odd for a hotel of that calibre - unfortunately arriving into an underground carpark at the back of the hotel doesn’t start with a good impression! There’s also a weird underground corridor with trendy lighting to get out of the hotel which just feels out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. The cost of using the kitchen in the apartments is ridiculous and given the room rates, it’s a bit cheeky that there’s an extra charge to use it. Also bear in mind there’s not much to do without a car & especially if the weather isn’t good. Although the spa is lovely if you just want to relax. Overall we had a great stay but we just didn’t feel 100% sure about the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aria Retreat & Spa. The room, the view—everything was exceptional and made us feel completely at home. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Matteo, who assisted us with both check-in and check-out and made everything seamless.
We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day.
Thank you again for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

absolute perfection in every single way. Felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Staff went above and beyond. The lake is incredible. Perfect temp for swimming and super clean. Must go boating! Food at all restaurants was magnificent.

Fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff and an amazing spa.
