This was one of our best stays in our europe trip. The price was reasonable with enougj bedding for our family. Perfect stay for whar you need during the travels. The staffs were super nice welcoming and explaining what to explore around the area. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Clean place with good pillows and confortable mattress. The air conditioning worked well. Clean towels and hot waters all day with great pressure. Yole and Lovely and the gentlement working nights were all great. They provide good explanation and were always happy to help. The Loreto Metro station is 2 blocks away lines M2 and M1. The Duomo is 4 stations away and the Central Station is 2 lines away.. If you are a woman traveling solo better to return to the hotel early night or take a taxi if is too latei. The surrounding area at night was kind of effy. Other than that a great place to stay!

Staff was really nice and enjoyed the hotel. Fairly basic but has everything you need and is spacious. Air conditioning works well. Beds were good. Pretty close to a subway, but not too much going on in that area so you will subway to where you want to go.

El personal es muy amable, me encantó que cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron botella de agua, nos cayó súper porque íbamos muy acaloradas, cosa que en otros hoteles que habíamos visitado en el viaje, no, está cerca de la estación central y tiene buenos restaurantes muy cerca.

Good value for money. Location close to Metro. Room was clean and proper 4 beds for us as a family, airco ok. Balcony on top floor a bonus but not really needed.

1 problem to report: my bed was making a lot of scratching noises when turning in it that woke up everybody. Please fix it!

La atención de las señoritas y del chico, muy buena, amables y al llegar te dan información muy útil, la recepción es fea, la habitación pequeña y nos dieron una con balcón que da a la calle, lo cuál hace que sea muy ruidoso. Estávamos apenas de passagem por Milão, para apenas uma noite.
Todos os demais hotéis estavam bem mais caros que esse. Ficamos receosos ao reservar, mas tudo foi extremamente bem.
Atendimento na recepção foi muito gentil em todos os momentos.
O hotel e os quartos são simples, mas nada que comprometa uma boa estadia.
A localização, apesar de não tão bonita, também é boa, com estação de metrô próxima e opções de refeição também.
