入住了train view酒店房, 兒子可以從房間看到火車出入東京站很開心。酒店房間很清潔，地點很方便，就在東京站的出口旁邊。在東京站坐火車或地下鐵去很多地方都方便。
酒店職員態度很友善，主動幫我們在大堂火車模型前拍照，前台又幫忙print 文件，很好。
很滿意這次住宿。

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, one downside was that the room was too small. I wanted a room for three people, but it felt like a double room with three beds squeezed in.
The space was so limited that there wasn’t even enough room to open a suitcase, which was the biggest drawback.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent views of Tokyo. It can be a bit tricky to locate as a Westerner as we are used to seeing big signs outside the front. The hotel is located on the 27th floor and the entrance is very close to the Shinkansen Yaesu (it could be east) exist. It is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are neat and have space. The staff are really excellent and very kind and courteous. The hotel is very well situated for trains and metro.

Our group of 3 people enjoyed the convenience this hotel brought when arriving by Shinkansen and leaving by bus for Narita Airport. We also appreciated that the Marunouchi line is so close! Finding the hotel at first was difficult since Tokyo Station is so big and can be confusing to navigate. We found this hotel slightly less walkable and convenient compared to our first hotel in Tokyo. Sometimes, we had to use lines that didn’t connect to Tokyo Station and those stations were about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Amazing service from staff. There was a bit of an issue with the initial assigned room and quickly provided a new room and baggage assistance within 30 minutes. They assist you with all your needs from baggage delivery to room, getting change and recommendations. The view of Tokyo station was amazing from our room. It’s convenient from the station and near Tokyo character street, perfect for children or love Pokémon and other characters. It’s also accessible to other train lines and convenient for doing day trips to Fuji as well. You will have a great stay here.

Was very pleased with the room the location right next to station for travelling to Osaka. Had a bit of trouble finding it as reception is on a higher floor in a high rise. If you see the Lawson store its zcross from that. Bed was comfortable. Room was larger then I expected. Would recommend this hotel.
