I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo! The hospitality was amazing! It's clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is also good, there are some restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you!

Salimos felices de hospedarnos en hotel Niwa. Bonito, cómodo, excelente servicio, habitación de buen tamaño, las amenities muy bien. Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel.
The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay.
Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area.
The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use.

ロビーに時間帯によって無料のコーヒーや冷たいお茶のサービスがあり利用させてもらいました。暑かったこともありとても良かったです。お部屋は新しく綺麗で清潔でとても満足です。日本人はもちろん外人さんも多く利用されているようでした。スタッフも親切で水道橋辺りで宿泊するなら、またここを利用したいです。

This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut in der Nähe einer Bahnstation (suidobashi) gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber im modernen japanischen Stil gehalten. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und auch die beiden Hotelrestaurants sind empfehlenswert.

Great hotel! It definitely is not in the heart of Tokyo with the main train station, but this hotel was a quick 5 minute walk to the train station, and we would just transfer to the main ones. I loved that it was tucked away and not super busy in our area. Mcdonalds was right by the station which helped for breakfast, as most breakfast or food didn't open until 11. The hotel was great to come back to mid day and at night. They restocked the fridge with 2 cold water bottles each day, and if you needed more, the front desk was so nice to offer more. Room service was done daily, and they provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, hair brush, hair ties, etc. Definitely a perfect place to stay if you do not want to be right in the hustle and bustle. The rooms were also the perfect size for us! They had a closet we kept our suitcases in, while we still had space on both sides of our bed and a desk to sit at. The massage chairs were also nice to use at the end of a long day. We had no issues getting a chair when we wanted to go. I seriously loved this place!

Hotel Niwa was fantastic ! We stayed there twice on our trip and both times had a v enjoyable stay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms v clean and comfortable and The massage chairs a god send when you’re walking 6 miles a day around Tokyo . The area is also nice and quiet and it was v easy to get round the city from Suidobashi station which was a 3min walk away . We will definitely come back to this lovely hotel on our next trip.. Gym definitely needs more equipment, there aren't any weights. Washing and drying machines need some repairs. However the room is excellent though would need more comfy pillows. Super clean, very convenient location, bathroom is amazing, beautiful hotel, the lounge area is cool (go for the coffee in the afternoon, quite cool experience).
