Pullman Tokyo Tamachi

新しいホテルでエアコンディションが良好で居心地がよく、駅から直結で便利、朝食のバフェはとてもたのしみました。部屋はエグゼクティブでも、コンパクトな設計でしたが、エグゼクティブラウンジのホスピタリティが上質で、ラウンジとしても使い勝手がよかったので困りませんでした。フロント階：２階のロビースペースは賑やかで夜のBGM音量は大きく、色んな意味で欧米的。

Very convenient and clean - top notch service

Front desk is really helpful but had a non working aircon spoiled two days of my 4 day stay. On top of it, didn’t have the audacity to try compensate costumer. I made booking via Expedia I guess that was one another reason they did not feel comfortable.Also there are additional city charges nowhere mentioned while making booking.

Clean and bright. Room is not dusty. Also, believe they uses antiseptic and disinfectant to clean the toilet. Good job! Keep up the good work housekeeping team!

Great location . Room is a bit small and bathroom is tiny

This is my second time at Pullman Tamachi. The location is the best, it’s very close to JR station, connected through a bridge. It’s not a crowded location because it is somewhat non-tourist area, more a neighborhood of families and workforce. You have few convenient stores within minutes away, Starbucks and other coffee shops, and a grocery store on ground level. The hotel itself is still pretty new, and upscale, design is nice, staff are all friendly and will go above and beyond!

깨끗하고.. 편안한 휴식이 가능한 호텔.. JR 타마치역에서 이동하기 편하고.. 쇼핑몰이 많아서 참 좋습니다.

Amazing hotel

櫃台服務人員疑似感冒但未配戴口罩及咳嗽,浴室很小必須在浴缸裡進行淋浴,但進入浴缸的門檻過高且無扶手有點危險,飯店空間廉價香氛味太濃

Service at the hotel was excellent. Everyone wanted to ensure that we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

This hotel is located in a business district area so there is the convenience of the train station which was helpful but there isn't anything as a tourist you would walk to to see. The room was simple but nothing spectacular. The hotel offers dining options which were good but if you have time to find a local breakfast spot, same for lunch and dinner, I would try to find something else. The food was good, I've had better at other hotels. The gym is small so timing is important if you want to get a treadmill as there are only 2. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Haneda Airport so that's convenient and there are taxis around to get to other locations which I appreciate.

My second time to stay at the Pullman Tamachi in Tokyo. Very convenient to the Tamachi station and lots of dining options in immediate walking distance.
