This hotel was well situated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The concierge services were hit or miss. Our room (18th floor) was spacious and comfortable but had a bit of age on it. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. Oddly, breakfast was not as good. Possibly an American centric critique, but the coffee was not good (weak flavor). Overall our stay was fine but I don’t think I would book again.

St Regis hotel was great location and close to the shopping alley. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with booking lunch reservations. The rooms were spacious with great butler service. The outdoor patio was beautiful and the indoor bar beautifully played live music with great cocktails. The breakfast was included and was delicious with lots of options.

We loved our stay here! Everything from the staff to our room was lovely! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Fabulous views from the corner room Including from the tub! Turndown service and morning coffee deliveries were both so lovely!

This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city!

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka.
