Sebenarnya bilik selesa, luas berbanding harganya. namun bilik mandi airnya kotor, keluar endapan kotoran pada masa awal. Di closet jg. Bilik masih bau cat. Alat2 makan ada kotoran debunya

lif tidak berfungsi dan saya perlu turun ke bawah dengan tangga dari tingkat kelima selepas menunggu lebih daripada 15mins, semua 3 lif tidak berfungsi, mempunyai papan besar pada cara tangga menyekat cara saya akan turun. isu keselamatan jika ada kebakaran. bagaimanapun sarapan yang baik dan lazat.

WORST HOTEL - Never again
I have been staying in different hotels in JB but I must stress that this is the WORST hotel with BAD service and dirty rooms. From the moment I checked in till I checked out, the experience was horrifying. The Receptionists are dumb even after explaining to them my needs. The lifts are smelly, corridors are dirty and staff make so much of noise that woke me up the next morning . The rooms are dirty with hairs on my pillows, stains on the bed sheets, toilet was not cleaned well and towels are smelly. I have complained to the reception staff but was told that they are short handed and no time to change the bed sheets. This is terrible !! The next morning, the breakfast was like a school canteen which was tasteless and cold. I strongly recommend anyone going to Johor Not to stay at this hotel as there are many other better hotels at the same price that have better Hotel qualities altogethe

Basic Hotel just to come back and sleep
I stayed in Amansari Hotel for almost 3 weeks for work in JB as part of a corporate booking. Its a super basic hotel with a basic gym. The rooms were small and super basic and toilets were small. My first night at the hotel was a big disappointment - the room floor was dirty and the cupboard surfaces was dusty, toilet seat had pee stains and there were stains on the wall. My colleague who stayed across the hall from me had similar experiences. I ended up cleaning the toilet with clorox and wore slippers in the room. We both made complains the next day and upon returning to our rooms later that day, found the room to be cleaned, but the housekeeper constantly left used bedlinen and towels in the room :( To be fair, the other colleagues who stayed on other floors had clean rooms - so i'm not sure if it was just housekeeping on my floor that was the issue. Rooms does not have a safe - but comes with a hairdryer, kettle, coffee and tea, fridge and TV (with limited local channels). The breakfast is OK - asian mix of fried rice, noodles, sausages, nuggets and fruits with local coffee and tea. I generally, had a poor to average experience at the hotel - walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours, AC was noisy, the hotel is super basic and its just a place to come back after a long day to sleep. Would not recommend for family or couples.

Decent and nice
I stayed here for 2 weeks from end of August to early September because I attended a training nearby. Facilities in the hotel were nice, I like that there's a gym, amenities inside the room were everything I need during my stay. Wi-fi in the room, superb. Cleanliness - satisfactory. Breakfast - nice. The only problem with breakfast was variability - almost the same thing every day. Front desk service - satisfactory. Location - it's more convenient to have a car as the shop lots next to the hotel is still very new (I guess) and there's not much shop yet, only one mamak restaurant that opens from 3pm to 10pm, a 7-Eleven and grocery store. However, overall it's OK.

Very nice looking hotel, clearly new. Room and bathroom are reasonable of size. That's about all that is good about this hotel. Check-in took 20 minutes, although room was paid for upfront and no other costumers in front of me. Breakfast is for free but still not worth the money. Not even a fried egg in the buffet. There is bread but nothing to put on it except for a commonly used mega bowl of peanut butter that was dug into by a group of 30 Chinese tourists before it was my turn. No proper desk and chair in the room. No lunch available, no dinner available with only 1 restaurant next door. Hotel is only useful to sleep and don't expect Hotel staff to assist with taxi when you leave. A hotel where people (mainly mainland Chinese) come late at night and leave early with their tour busses)

Nice staff but will never stay again
If you see the sign 'two twin bed', it means there are only two single beds. I expected 4 single bed - Not like my expectation, there was only tow single bed. Not even super single. I upgraded the room to executive room but was not enough too. One more, there was no extra blanket if you are with your kids, need to book another room or prepare blanket. One thing I want to mention was the status of accommodation. The blanket and bed sheet was very clean. The shower booth has only ceiling tab, you cannot take shower with your kid. The towel was so smelly just like other reviewer mentioned. Only the staff was kind, they was nice and was trying to help. The breakfast was so simple, a lot of flies were flying. Only some fried dim sum was crispy and okay. Lack of dishes, cups, even coffee. Did not had 2nd day breakfast ever. If you are traveling only one accompany, this can be a solution (quiet close to lego land) but if you are with your kids or parents, I would like to say Book another place!
