Haven't refund my deposit
I've checked in during raya week, when I checked in they request me to pay deposit of RM300, so I did by paying cash, during checkout the PIC didn't refund me with the reason that the accounts department is on break, and she promised me will bank in by Friday(30th June). As I predicted, Nomad Residence didn't bank in, and when I call their reason was the accounts department will take another week to process. The reason I'm upset is because the PIC is continuously giving me wrong info, it is wasting my time to call and check on the status, the least Nomad can do is give me a courtesy call explaining the situation. As Malaysian, I understand how they holiday works, but please don't waste my time.

Stayed a night at a friend ( who had 3 months rent)
It is a very big room, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, some of the facilities are old but still bearable. The location is quite in the nice area of Bangsar where we can go for a nice breakfast place and also not so far from the center of KL.

amazing and excellent hospitality
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Kuala Lumpur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and residence manager Effy Lu. The staff was extremely friendly, the residence very flexible (appreciate this!) and the residence manager deserves a special thanks. We had great stays here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the residence manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Okay but very basic
I understand that the location of the Nomad is good as it is in Bangsar but this place is very basic and is in need of a refurbishment. We stayed here for two nights as we wanted to try out the area to potentially move here but we considered cancelling the second night. Here are a list of positives and negatives: Positives Location - 10 minute walk to Bangsar Village Very close to highways and Mid Valley Mega Mall Underground parking Swimming pool was quite large Negatives Cost almost the same as staying in nicer serviced residences such as the Capri Outdated decor - especially the bathroom Maid service did not visit on the second day - we could have done with extra toiletries No hand towels in bathroom Coffee and tea only available at vending machine at reception Gym was extremely basic Not the worst place we have ever stayed in but there are bound to be many places nearby that are nicer to stay in.

Quite and spacious
I stayed here last 2 weeks with my family and this is the best place to stay especially those coming with family. The room was clean and spacious. We have took the 3 bedroom apartment and all rooms are fully equip. The staff are friendly and they will straight away to assist you. You can even hear the sounds of the birds especially in the morning. Swimming pool is the nice place especially for children but just need to upgrade the children playground will be more good. Will definitely come back and will promote this place to any of my friends and famliy. Thank you again for the service!
