Our stay with Grand Millennium Auckland was fantastic. We purchased a Club Access room which was very worthwhile. The food in the Club lounge was fresh and delicious. Pre Covid we used to come to GM and enjoyed the Club deal too. We did miss not being able to order a hot breakfast in the lounge this time...but that's the only criticism we have. Loved everything! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing stay !!!
As a family of four we all
Enjoyed the gym , swimming pool , saunas and the room service . Very central to everything we were able to walk to the sky tower and shops

A very comfortable one night stay. Dinner at in-house restaurant Embers, offering tasty food and very professional service. A great location for a show at The Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre. Have stayed a few times at the Grand Millennium before and would definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that were dated or could use an upgrade like the hallway carpets in some areas were quite old and stained. The shower was very average and could also use an upgrade.
I found the aircon very loud overnight which impacted sleep quality.
There was also only shampoo in the shower, but no conditioner which was an inconvenient surprise.
Other than these few areas of improvement we really enjoyed our stay and the value for money was great.
The pool was relaxing! Most of the canapes in the Club lounge were delicious, although there were hot chips kept in a chafing dish and due to condensation they were completely soggy.
Few spots to improve, but would still happily stay again

The hotel provided a nice place to rest before leaving Auckland. With a selection of in-house restaurants, with a nice selection although a bit more pricey, in addition to many restaurants in a walkable distance there’s no shortage of options. The staff were amazing and so friendly and made my stay so enjoyable. I didn’t make it to the gym or indoor pool but those were definitely nice features for those starting with more time! Overall great experience and the room was beautiful and was a great space to rest and reset.
