This is our second stay & it was as great as our first stay. A room with a balcony is a must. The others rooms are looking straight in to residential apartments. The apartment amenities & design are basic but you have every, well thought out.
Wilsons Carparking across the road for $26 per day on the weekend. A central location with everything just below you on the street. I highly recommend.

Loved the view of cbd and sky tower! Nespresso coffee was excellent as was condition of one bedroom apt. We were 2 nights and did not use the full kitchen area. Appreciated the sandwich shop and market downstairs as well.

Our room was so hot, it was impossible to get a good nights rest, which is the very point of a hotel!
The air conditioning is obviously broken, so a temporary arrangement had been made, with ducking pipes running from floor to ceiling in Freon of the TV. The portable unit is loud, and not effective. The windows do not open, so no fresh air available either.
Deeply disappointed!

Overall our stay was good and we had a great time in Auckland. But the A/C unit was not very good and could not cool the room, this made it hard for our baby to nap during the day, and for us all to sleep at night. The staff was very accomadating to our needs and were able to move cleaning around our babies sleep schedule.

The room size was nice, it’s quite large with a couch and big fridge. The staff are helpful enough. The stove and dishwasher are very old - we did not use the stove as it looked like it would be challenging to cook with. The room was not very clean - there was mold in the shower soap dispensers and the walls were visibly soiled. The wifi is barely usable due to slow speeds and parkade was hard to fit a RAV4 in. We’ve had great experiences at Quest before but wouldn’t stay at this one again.

Die Lobby ist noch einladend, die Zugänge zu den Zimmern haben einen komischen Geruch, Teppiche sind verschmutzt , ebenso im Zimmer . Kein guter erster Eindruck . Bei uns wären die Vorhänge irgendwie vors Fenster gezogen , als ob man irgendwo hinkommt, wo man nicht sein möchte,Zimmer dadurch dunkel. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen , Klimaanlage macht komische Geräusche. Der Blick aus dem Fenster offenbarte Einblicke in total vergammelte Apartments. Parkplatz war gegenüber im Parkhaus, aber reservierter Parkplatz war besetzt. Außerdem lungern dort betrunkene Obdachlose herum. Außer der Lage, hat das Quest nichts zu bieten

We stayed one night. Comfortable bed and decent sized room but the place is pretty run down. Our room had a power socket hanging off the wall exposing the wires behind and the general condition of the place is poor. None of it really bothered us for our one night stay though.

Walking distance to Britomart, Viaduct, Sky City and SkyDrive (bus to/from airport). The apartment was clean and well appointed, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The interior of the building was quite run down and needed maintenance, but overall, it was more than adequate and good value for money in a great location.
