This property has a beautiful pool and lounge area where you can lie down on cosy palapa, sit at tables or lay back in pool chairs and have a drink while you take in the beautiful view! The rooms are so modern and clean with plenty of hot water and great air conditioning. Rooms are also spacious and have a small balcony (just to stand and check out the weather/people watch)

I love this hotel and have been many times and one of the reasons is because of the roof top pool and bar but once again they didn’t open the roof top bar and blamed it on the weather when it was dry and got it’s just ridiculous especially when there was only 20 people up there altogether using the pool and when I asked them why it wasn’t opening at night so I could say my Australian friends I was told because of the weather which is ridiculous there was no rain it was hot. There was not even a breeze.

4 nights room only but we paid for breakfast 1 day. The breakfast sub optimal and not worth the price. We had to ask someone for fresh coffee. There was a machine with pods but no explanation of how yo use it, staff were not very helpful when we asked. The terrace room we paid for.did have a terrace but no view as walls around it were too high so we did not use it, the pictures of that room were misleading. Room very clean, maid service every day. No.noise despite being next to la ramblas.

It was smelling good in the bathroom after shower or using sink. Weird sound from plumbing after using it. It was smelling the same thing at the library. We have been to the rooftop and realize that one area was under repair...and it was the same smell. Something clear, something is wrong in the plumbing of this hotel. The worst place for me in 2025.

I got violently robbed at hotel lobby. My watch was stolen from my hand when entering hotel lobby. The doorman was just chatting with the reception and did nothing to prevent that happening. If the doorman should have been on his place, at the door, this could never happen. The hotel did not help me on the insurance claim and did not take any responsibility on what happened. Only thing they did to help was cleaning the hamburger what was dropped from my hand on the hotel lobby floor when the watch was ripped from my wrist. Be alert in this hotel and with the hotel management!

WARNING! I got violently robbed at hotel lobby. My watch was stolen from my hand when entering hotel lobby. The doorman was just chatting with the reception and did nothing to prevent that happening. If the doorman should have been on his place, at the door, this could never happen. The hotel did not help me on the insurance claim and did not take any responsibility on what happened. Only thing they did to help was cleaning the hamburger what was dropped from my hand on the hotel lobby floor when the watch was ripped from my wrist. Be alert in this hotel and with the hotel management!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was kept incredibly clean, with frequent housekeeping. It was very comfortable and we would definitely recommend it.
