We stayed at the hotel prior to and upon returning from our cruise. Upon return we made our way to the hotel hours early to simply see if our luggage could be stored. The staff had a room ready and allowed us to check in. The staff was helpful with getting taxis and letting us know what is in the area.

The room was smaller than anticipated and you need to keep a room key in the slot to keep the AC on. The web sight shows rooms with windows. Ours had a small window facing a brick wall. But we were not in our room much. Too busy exploring the goth district. Would stay there again.

Excellent location - in the heart of the Gothic area. Easy to walk around, the metro system is fantastic, and there are more places to eat and things to do than you could fit into a year. The hotel was pristine, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Overall, it was okay. Great location, the building and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Coffee was available for purchase at a vending machine by the front desk.

Hotel Rialto was in a convenient location great for walking to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. The room was updated but incredibly small with a bleak view of a neighbouring building wall. Bed and pillows were rock hard, A/C was unreliable, wifi was poor and TV options limited. Great example of you get what you pay for!
