Very nice place to family

Eckzimmer 11.Etage, tolle Aussicht, Sauberkeit alles ok, allerdings erwarte ich in einem 3 Sterne Hotel nach mind. der Hälfte der Zeit einen Bettwäsche Wechsel, wenn ich dort 6 Nächte bin! Frühstücken, Massenbetrieb, somit immer dasselbe, aber immer frisch, die Brunchzeiten bis 13 Uhr - tolle Idee, verlangt aber viel vom Personal ab, um die Tische wieder sauber zu machen und neu einzudecken, 1-2x habe ich ca 10 min gesucht, um einen freien Platz zu finden. Die Digitalen Eincheckautomaten sind nicht komfortabel trotz vorheriger App Installation und hochladen von Ausweis Scan etc. pp - digitaler Code für key-code funktionierte nicht, stand mit Gepäck im 11.OG und musste wieder runter, um dann die physische Hotelcard zu bekommen und das gegen 22/23 Uhr und vom Reisetag erschöpft. Stand zu Beginn an der Rezeption und der Mitarbeiter nahm mich mit zum Automaten zum Einchecken, was für ein Blödsinn, musste alles selbst eintippen Buchungsnummer, Name etc. - um am Ende doch die physische Card wieder an der Rezeption zu erhalten. Naja. Ansonsten alles ok und kann man empfehlen, ach eine Sache noch, am Vormittag zum Frühstücken sind alle Fahrstühle überlastet, einmal stand ich so lange, dass ich letztlich vom 11. Stock runter gelaufen bin.

I had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Torremolinos. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, making it easy to settle in. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety and quality, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the location was outstanding, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a rewarding stay!

The hotel is absolute basic. There is nothing special about this place. For a €210 a night hotel I expected something else.

Enjoyed my stay. Love the location. Easy access to shops, transport, restaurants etc. Its a nice and clean hotel. Good range of breakfast options, good wifi speed, and I particularly loved the balcony for afternoon light reading and watching the city go by. Air condition worked in the room and good thing too cos it was hot. Wish there was a fridge but not a big issue as there is a tuck shop just outside the hotel where you can get your cold drinks. I will be coming back here to this hotel if I visit Malaga, Spain again.

Hotel, staff & brunch was really good. The pool is very small & sun beds limited. Great sunrise from the 5th floor + (sea view side of the hotel)

This is a perfect stay - brunch concept is cool and works well. Cleaners come in everyday - sea view rooms are stunning and worth paying the extra! Rosa on reception was so helpful. My card kept declining for some reason and she helped me so much! Only problems are tiny size of pool area. but big issue is how paper thin the walls are. you can literally hear every single noise. everything! if you are a light sleeper.....not so great.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelu sujui kohtuullisen hyvin englannin kielellä. Huoneen siivous ei ollut joka päivä, vaikka lappu oli ovessa, missä sitä nimenomaan pyydettiin. Uima-allas osasto oli kiva. Aurinkotuoleja voisi olla enemmänkin? Meren ranta lähellä, mutta sinne oli jalan kulkien yli kilometrin matka ja paljon portaita. Hotellin hissit oli päivittäin epäkunnossa. Plussaa viihtyisistä tiloista ja kivasta huoneesta. Aamiainen oli myös erittäin kattava ja monipuolinen ja pitkään tarjolla.

La atención es muy amable,la ubicación es perfecta para playa y paseos caminando,todo limpio, espacios bien acondicionados para descansar con sala de pol,gym y lavadanderia,ascensores en funcionamiento perfectamente,el bufete divino ilimitado en el desayuno. El hotel es muy grande para una piscina muy pequeña muy pocas hamacas no pude disfrutar de esa área por qué siempre estuvo a tope.. pero de resto 7 de 10 . Pero me encantó mucho... Volvería a repetir...

First floor on street with restaurant and bars, AC not properly working. We were room 160, not in the main building.

Housekeeping left my room open when we came in the door was open this is npt acceptable, no towels in the room ,and in our stay for 10 days the linen was not change bathroom not clean terriblee stay never came back in this hotel

The reception staff was sufficiently kind. Not very close to but not far from the station, and easily accessible. The safety box was completely broken and not usable. The door and walls was not thick enough, and the it was a little noisy when some guests come close to the room.

Stayed for 12 nights and other than the brunch I wouldn’t recommend. The brunch was excellent with plenty of vegetarian options and that’s where the positives stop. Check in is rubbish. Everybody has to enter details into a touch screen machine which is rubbish and doesn’t work properly. All details per person staying even if it’s kids. So 4 time writing the same address. Shambles. Walls are paper thin so you can get kept up by people watching tv. It sounds like it’s in your room. The pool is dirty and the life guard tried to blame it on drinks. It wasn’t drinks it just wasn’t clean. Green algae on the sides of the pool. The pool area is very small with not many beds at all. The beach isn’t too far but is a steep walk with a lot of steps Cleaning of the rooms was hit and miss. We had to ask them to clean our rooms 3 days running as they just didn’t do them.
