Chambre froide J'ai pas dormi la 1ere nuit (Clim centralisé sans chauffage) pourtant il pleuvait et faisait froid a Genève, on m a ramené apres un chauffage d'appoint. Changement de chambre parce que rien n marchait ni télé, ni téléphone.. Equipement très minimaliste... Que des serviettes de bains, les petites ne sont pas fournis.. Personnel peu aimable (mais pas tous) . Mauvaise experience mais j'ai mis la moyenne parce que c'est propre, le lit est confortable et c'est bien situé

Fica relativamente próximo da estação central (10 minutos caminhando) e tem um ponto de ônibus quase em frente, que te conecta ao resto da cidade. É uma boa opção pelo preço cobrado e oferece um bom café da manhã por 19 francos. O Wi-fi não funcionou no período em que fiquei no hotel.

Personnel très aimable, serviable et disponible. Etablissement proche gare centrale et aéroport, de même accès piétons 10 mn gare principale, centre ville idem et lac 5 mn de plus, vraiment rien à dire. Coté commodités rien à dire non plus, restaurant , retrait de cash, poste très proche, théatre à proximité, multitude de petits restaurants à 5 mn de l'hotel ainsi que supérette. Vraiment rien à dire, même si la vie reste chère pour un français, le séjour fut trés agréable, nous reviendrons très certainement dans cet hotel. Seul petit hic! La wifi n'est pas toujours excellente mais ce n'est qu'un détail, un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Extremely slow customer service, checking in and calling from room for amenities. Shampoo and soap bottles were EMPTY upon arrival. Towels were questionable.

Convenient location. We were there to visit family and the hotel was very close. We will definitely come back. The staff was great!

The location was good and staff very helpful

They had WiFi problems while we were there, and it never worked the whole 6 days we stayed there. We ended up having to get a SwissCom esim card for our phone to use as a hotspot from some Zoom work meetings that we needed to get on. There is no small refrigerator to keeps some cool drinks in the room, nor ice on any of the floors. You have to go ask for a glass of ice at the bar. Otherwise it was a good hotel and a fine place to stay.

Walkable and bus arrival

I had a very good stay at the Ibis! It is very well located for people working around the UN area. The staff at reception was incredibly friendly! Only downside was that the AC in my room was quite loud and even when turned off I could hear some noise for some reason.

Affordable hotel in Geneva. Only 1400metres from the Brunswick Monument and 15-20 minutes walk into the historical part of time. Public transport available, but I chose to walk. Only 15 minutes walk from Geneva station with luggage. Room was comfortable and bathroom clean. Good buffet breakfast. Area felt safe as a solo female traveller. Definitely recommend this Ibis hotel

The price was very high fro what’s on offer since there was a big conference in the city

Well lest try to explain why the really bad review, the hotel room is not so bad little small and smelly, but the service is horrible, i stay in this hotel 1 week ago, we do the check out and after 30 min i remember i left my gold chain in the night stand, 100 % sure i left in there, the chain was in my hair and i need to put out, so i call the hotel in that moment, i was in the train going to Paris, they answer have a lot a work for go to check the room, so i need send a email and wait for see the cleaning lady find the item. well i dont have more option so i send the email, i have answer 1 day later, the answer was, we gonna check whit the cleaning crue and we email again if the item was found ..... 7 days later not answer i call 2 times email 5 times and same answer in the phone we can do nothing you need send a email. my last email ask only for have a answer if find the gold chain or not (of course not answer) im 100 % sure the cleaning lady keep the gold chain or maybe the receptionist go and take it, But my big problem in this situation is the workers in the hotel dont care about the clients and robber, they know you cant come back so is easy ignore you and keep yours belongs, horrible experience. DONT STAY IN HERE THEY ROBBER YOUR BELONGS

Centrally located, nicely decorated, big TV. , walking distance to city center and Geneva central train station, beds are comfortable and house keeping is done daily.

Bien. En revanche la chambre est petite et pas de possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café.
