Holiday Inn Express TAOYUAN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

飯店的服務人員很親切 。 但是房間的空調非常大聲 關掉冷氣之後整個晚上還是有一些不知道從哪裡來的機器運轉的噪音 ！

Very good buffet breakfasts with a variety of dishes which were changed up daily. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Bathroom is small

部屋は比較的清潔で設備も問題なし。フロントの対応は良い。朝食エリアが狭い、混み合うため予め時間シフトを設定される工夫はあるが、それで利用想定数に対して狭い。あまり快適な朝食体験は難しい。

大きな不満は少ないものの、施設面で不足を感じるし、立地や周囲が便利ではない。

Good

Pros - The hotel includes breakfast with good price - Bed was comfortable Cons - The property was okay. It is old building so there was a bit mould in the bathroom. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Gym area is not a gym area… only two pieces of equipment. - The most painful part is you only can take taxi or Uber to the hotel. Bus is not very convenient.

Perfect hotel for our one night stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and quickly told us everything we needed to know. Room was very clean, and bed was quite comfortable. Coffee and water (both hot and cold) were available in the breakfast area 24 hours a day. Hotel was about a 30+ min drive to TPE airport in morning rush hour traffic. Hotel close to 7-11 and a Domino’s Pizza as well which worked for a quick dinner.

交通建議是對於開車旅客比較方便，飯店本身沒有停車場，但是附近有特約停車場，也是很方便。就是上下行李有點麻煩，會沒地方臨停，只能往前開一點打雙閃光暫停。洗澡水壓比較弱，早餐好吃。

I had a very brief, but wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Taoyuan. I had arrived early to Taoyuan at 11AM, and although the official check-in time is at 3PM, the recepcionist (Ann, I think was her name) was kind enough to check with housekeeping to corroborate if a room was ready so that I could have an early check-in. Fortune was on my side and I had a quick and easy early check-in. The breakfast area is small, but offers a variety of Taiwanese and Western food items, with beverages like tea and coffee and some cookies available 24/7. If you are looking for a meal, nearby you will find restaurants (there is a Japanese grill right across the street) and the always trusty 7 Eleven. Carrefour is also some blocks away. The room was spacious enough for my stay, the bathroom (with bidet) and shower clean, and the shower also has a line to hang your clothing if you decide to wash it. If you are gym rat, the hotel's fitness room is located on the second floor, but you won't find much equipment inside the small room: a treadmill, a stationary bike, a pair of light dumbbells, a grip trainer, a lacrosse massage ball, a mat, plenty of bottled water, towels, bathroom, and shower. Not sure if they have another fitness room for another guest to work out at the same time. The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast service was kind and attentive. They even helped me call a taxi to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The reception desk can provide good service and answer. The cleanses was excellent. I have a toddler who is sneaky around all the room. So i 've clean all the room by my self first. I found it was clean enough. Baby basin is provided. But there is only one baby cot , due to this hotel is business hotel. So if you need one gotta make a call as soon as possible. But the overall review is excellent.

Value for money

バスタブがないのが日本人には残念ですが、切り替え付きのヘッドで好みに合ったシャワーが浴びれます。シャワートイレも快適。ルームライトは室内全体を明るくすることができます。エアコン、テレビ、冷蔵庫と必要十分な設備。クローゼットは、コートをかけるにはやや背が低い。スリッパも付いていましたし、水もありました。朝食も種類が多く、好みにあったものが選べます。

桃園市内で便利なホテル。桃園空港にも松山空港にも近い。朝食も美味しい。

There’s a big guy at the front desk who can speak real good English and is helping out the guests with all different needs, including booking a table for us

淋浴的浴室門沒有密閉，洗完澡，好多水都跑到外面了。這是我唯一覺得可惜的地方。其他的體驗都是很好的唷！記得看到要趕緊去維護這個小小的缺失。

各方面都很棒的旅館，舒適、乾淨、員工友善，早餐好吃，已回訪多次。身為IHG集團飯店品牌之一，總是有很好的品質保證。

Great property for a long layover.

The front desk people, Rita and Kyle and two others were excellent. The morning breakfast cooks and the young woman checking your ticket. They were excellent. My room is clean and it was quiet.
