Magnificent physical beauty - landscape, buildings, and overall aesthetic presence. Staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuine. One complaint: Some pricing is outrageous. 6500 THB for pot of coffee, cappuccino, 2 OJ, 1 glass of milk.

Great service everyone in the staff without exception was superb and friendly. The breakfast was uniquely delicious, we really enjoyed our dinner at HOM, the attention to detail in our massage service was outstanding and my husband enjoyed his Thai boxing class a lot. The room service and all facilities were very clean. A very beautiful and modern atmosphere.

Excellent design. Excellent staff. Excellent food options. Going to a “regular” five star hotel feels a major downgrade after experiencing this.

Overall a wonderful hotel with some great promise. I especially wish to call out Frankie from the front desk who was exceptionnel. We did struggle to get good sleep due to the night club facing our room which is unfortunately why I couldn’t rate this hotel better and this issue would make me think twice about rebooking.

I really liked the facilities, the pool and access to the beach. We did massages at the spa which were amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very nice. The only thing we didn’t like is the lack of entertainment in the evening.

너어무 좋았던 숙소입니다! 호텔 앞 바다도 붐비지 않고 즐기기 좋았고, Hom 레스토랑이 있는 건물이 호텔 입구부터 웅장히 보이는데, 이국적이고 멋졌어요. Hom은 이번에는 아쉽게 못 가봤지만 다음에 한번 가고싶네요. 호텔 직원분들 모두 친절하였습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고, 특히, Jaras 는 태국 음식 위주인데 정말 맛있어요! 추천합니다 :)

Stay was amazing. The staff at Jara restaurant were phenomenal especially the manager on duty on the 14/04

The resort boasts breathtaking ocean and mountain views, top tier amenities, and a truly unique beachfront setting.

Bel établissement, grande chambre vue piscine confortable, propre. Plusieurs piscines, cependant nous ne sommes pas allés sur la plage, car les transats, sont les uns sur les autres. Dommage, la plage est de l'autre côté de la rue, un tunnel depuis l'hôtel y mène en 2 minutes, ce qui n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que les différents restaurants. Personnel particulièrement aux petits soins, très aimable, disponible et serviable. Bravo 👏 à toute l'équipe.

Noget af de lækreste vi har boet på. Et stort hotel, vi havde room 5104, med dejlig pool direkte fra terrassen. Meget privat til nogle få værelser. Skøn strand hvor Pine restauranten lå. Cozy stemning med musik til afternoon drinken. Vi besøgte Hom restauranten som er helt unik i bygning og menu. Dyrt men en oplevelse.

Super beautiful hotel, excellent beach, excellent breakfast!

Not the most kid friendly place. I have previously book a resort in Krabi and spent $10k and stayed there for 5 days. When I came here I just booked a mediocre room. It felt like if you didn’t have a premium room here all the staff wanted to mention it. Not the best treatment if you don’t have a premium room. It’s just funny because overall this place isn’t even that top tier or expensive. The person who checked us in was great and some of the waitresses were very nice as well. However the vibe is off if you have children with you or if you didn’t book a premium room. The highlights of this place are the pools . Beach is not that great and the “Michelin” restaurant is not good at all food is a solid 6. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and I’m not that picky but this place was not good. Overall this place is 6/10 for me and will probably not return. I hope to give you all and honest review so you can enjoy your vacation. This perspective is coming from an American dad with a 5 year old son.
