I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Chiang Mai's traditional hotel style. However, the location near the market meant I couldn't get a good night's sleep early in the morning. The staff's friendliness and bright smiles were particularly impressive.

This is a dram of a hotel in a quiet area of the Old City. The hotel itself is amazing, with beautiful common spaces and rooms (the terracotta theme from the family factory that -owns the hotel adds to the magic). Breakfast is generous and the pool is very good, especially considering that this is a dense residential and historic area. Very nice location that is close to the sights of the Old city. Easy access to amenities but very quiet!
All the staff were truly amazing - something that makes the stay particularly special.
All in all, the hotel is superb and will make your stay in this most amazing city truly special.

Beauté du lieu, la déco est choisie et soignée, l’entretien est multi-quotidien.
Piscine envoûtante avec sa mosaïque bleutée.
Merveilleux accueil et accompagnement au quotidien pour tous les sujets (même le conseil sur la suite de notre voyage dans un autre lieu!).
Chambre grande et jolie déco.
Emplacement idéal, connection direct avec le good market a 30 secondes pieds, de restau top et salon de massage.

I was very excited about staying at this property, the pictures and reviews were captivating. This hotel is beautiful but what actually stood out the most were the incredibly gracious staff at the front desk. They were so welcoming and helpful. Dinner reservations, sightseeing recommends and even last minute laundry were taken care of. The room was spotless. We opted to have breakfast included. It was fairly basic in comparison to other places we stayed in Thailand. That would be the only part I would reconsider if I were to do it again- it just didn't match the vibe. Otherwise, the uniqueness of this place will stay with me.

The free coffee until 2pm was amazing. They even included iced cappuccinos! The people were so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be able to walk old town. We loved it.

What a top notch hotel experience! The hotel is very unique in terms of it's architecture and artwork. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.
