We LOVE coming here!
The only thing I wish was different is the all tile floors because when it is very hot out and the air is on inside and the doors get opened, you end up with a lot of condensation and humidity in the room. Also sand gets everywhere but they provide a broom and plenty of towels to serve as rugs.
We try to come here every year because we love it so much?

Staff was great. The lady at the welcome desk was extremely nice and helpful. Great staff , very welcoming and personal. Great visit. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Florida!

I was so impressed with how accommodating Beachside Staff was, WOW! Everyone was so nice! It’s is a very family friendly resort. It has a lazy river pool in it that is a hit with kids and also me a grown adult! For the price of the room and stay it’s was I expected in terms of the room and offerings but Oh My God do they make it fun for their guests. The beach is a five minute walk with tons of bars, restaurants, and beach themed shopping within walking distance. Give Beachside a shot you will not regret it!!

Spent all day traveling. Got to the hotel and was told the only room available had no power or air conditioning. Asked if they could switch us rooms and they said no because we have 5 people and there were no bigger rooms available. Asked if we could just do 2 rooms instead and were told no. I understand things happen, but a phone call or text would have been nice so we could have had time to find other accommodations. Waiting till we showed up at 9pm to tell us is unacceptable. Giving someone a heads up would have been the right thing to do.

We are not ones to complain but this was the dirtiest place we have ever been. The pool and lobby were nice but the rooms were awful. Everything was dirty. We skipped the free breakfast and did not use the shower because it was filthy. The only reason we slept there was because we had been driving for 24 hours booked online had nice pics and good reviews and non refundable. Save your money go somewhere else

This is one of the few old style hotels left in Florida. It is not a brand new Hilton and it does not claim to be a brand new Hilton.
It has its quirks this is my fourth stay and every time I stay, I love it more and feel more like family. This is the perfect hotel for children and families. I know what to bring with me to make my stay more comfortable and I cannot wait to return.
It’s location is fantastic. The lazy river is perfect for children. The duck dive bar is affordable and the drinks are quite yummy.
Old style Florida at its best. A big shout out to the wonderful employees. I want to thank the owners because this is no easy job to keep this up and going as smoothly as it is run. The new big screen TV for the pool is a real winner.
The ocean view rooms, higher floors are a perfect vantage point to watch launches and if you’re not on one of those floors, you just gotta walk a block or so.
There is a Winn-Dixie conveniently located across the street. Perfect location.
