Check in was easy. Chose a walk in shower that could have provided a slight more depth to keep water from splashing into to the toilet area and could have had a counter area for the sink area

The staff was super friendly, the room was fantastic, the price point was okay. The breakfast was excellent! The one improvement I'd look for is to update the mattresses to memory foam. The inner spring mattress was comfortable enough, but there's nothing like a good foam mattress. But, again, this was very minor in the scheme of things!

We arrived late in the evening to check. Although we used on line booking, the 4-5 star rating is for the actual Hotel. The front desk lady, Juana, was so kind, polite, friendly and professional. She assisted us quickly and answered all our inquiries quickly and was very thorough. She deserves recognition for her customer service approach and skills.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family, booking four rooms for our stopover. Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped.
Firstly, all the rooms clearly needed some maintenance attention. One of the televisions was hanging off the wall mount at an odd angle, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the safety door locks provided little security, as they failed to effectively prevent the doors from opening.
Moreover, one of our rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. To add to our disappointment, we observed that guests were allowed to smoke in certain indoor public areas, such as the pool, further diminishing the overall atmosphere.
Housekeeping could also use improvement, as the cleanliness didn't meet our expectations. Overall, we felt that the hotel needs to address these issues to enhance the guest experience.

Worked in order to lay our head down after visiting family but definitely not what we're used to in terms of a BW. Everything was pretty bare bones in terms of accommodations including only 2 towels in the bathroom and no sheets or extra blankets for the pull out sofa. I seen a couple of live bugs (from outside) that i scooped up on the tile and the base boards behind the couch were actually on the floor. If you dont mind the condition of the hotel itself, I think most people passing through would be okay here. The air conditioner worked and the bed was comfortable enough.

Pictures look good and reviews were high but when I booked and arrived the room was dark, dirty, had a smell, rusty, mildew on bathroom, can tell everything was just painted over a million times, this place is old, and they attempted to remodel but cut many corners.
Don’t trust the reviews here.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all especially at the price they were charging. Free breakfast was terrible as well. This is not worth the price they charge.

This stay was a last minute overnight stay. There was no elevator, the stairs and hallways floor was dirty and had a bad odor. The ac was off in the room, it was 81 degrees. Since it was a last minute booking we had to make do. But I do not recommend.

We enjoyed the overall experience of the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom area was a little small but we enjoyed the water pressure of the shower. The glass wall of the shower was not very good about keeping the water in the shower and the shower head was too high for a short person to move it so the water would not get out. The breakfast area was nice. The options provided for breakfast were good. We would stay here again if we come back this way.

The room itself was nice. However, my room was double-booked and I was offered an upgrade from a 2nd queen to a pullout couch. NOT AN UPGRADE. Also, room was next to a very busy highway, downtown-like traffic noice all night. Would not recommend but you may be luckier than me.

Snow hit Childress during our stay. Sidewalks were never shoveled and it head packed high enough side doors could open all the way. Likely a safety hazard if you needed to evacuate. Breakfast was standard for BW hotels and good. Room had clean linen but very cheap vinyl flooring. Property is getting older and attempts seem to be made to keep up, but the room just felt motel 6 with the cheap flooring instead of carpet or tile. Pool was clean, but the spa was filed with concrete it appears. Very solid for 3 stars but not what you expect booking a Best Western.

This place was a convenient location on our road trip, the front desk was nice and checking in and out was easy but that's about it. As we walked up the stairs to our room the carpet is filthy. It needs to be desperately cleaned and vacuumed. My night stand and lamp was covered in dust and so were the shelves under the sink. We walked by the indoor pool and idk if there was construction going on or what but it was a mess, not usable but people were still sitting around drinking. Lots of construction workers staying here grilling outside. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Id pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else if I pass by here again.
