All good. The only thing I found wrong was the pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was good. Staff was good about refilling things like the eggs, potatoes and sausage but had to ask them

I really like the environment of the room. It’s very cozy very well pleased with my room the most displeasing thing I had to fight that raggedy remote to the TV.

The rug was nasty The laid out bed was nasty it had trash under the lit out bed it had a big nasty spot in the lead out bed I was itchy I had to bring cleaning stuff from my house to clean the restroom up it wasn't good at all The breakfast sausage was fake

The area did not seem very upscale but we had no problems. Upon checkin we were given a room that reeked of smoke, was worn, and had a dirty bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk, primarily because of the smoke smell. While not apologetic, she moved us immediately. The second room was on a floor that appeared to have been renovated. It was nothing fancy but perfectly fine.

We had to change 3 rooms because the first room the refrigerator didn’t work and also had a terrible scent in the room. The second room the TV didn’t work even after a worker tried to fix it. The third room was nasty as you can see in those pictures.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the damp and moldy smell, and the same is true in the room. The owner of this hotel may be Indian, so the hygiene conditions are very poor.

Property is obviously under renovations. Room was clean. Soap dish in shower was broken and had dangerous sharp edges on it. I reported it as soon as I noticed but was not offered another room. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed at another Comfort Inn in Nashville that was excellent.

I received an email saying that the hotel could not honor my reservation through Hotels.com: "We wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, Comfort Inn & Suites cannot honor your upcoming booking on 11/8/2024. Occasionally, properties have to change or modify bookings unexpectedly.
We know that this is disappointing. Comfort Inn & Suites (2573) has proposed an option for you at no additional cost – details are available below"
Before I made my decision, I contacted Hotels.com to see if this would allow me to get a refund, because I chose this hotel for specific reasons, and Hotels.com said I could get a refund. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS to get the refund posted to my cc. Hotels.com said that they have contacted the hotel several times requesting the refund. I DID NOT GET TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, NOT MY FAULT, AND I DID NOT GET A REFUND.
If I get contacted about the refund, I will take down this horrible review.
