Hotel McCoy - Art, Libations, Pool Society

Perfect for young kids, they were fully entertained! The only down is they are very under staffed but those that were working were excellent and running around like crazy trying to get to all the needs. Will go back if in CS again!

This was such a fun find! Super unique hotel/motel with lots of fun activities! We can't wait to come back!

Adorable and kitschy, but hard as rock beds, loud live music until 10pm, and loud road noise made our stay quite uncomfortable.

It was awesome, the children had so much fun with all the different things available we really didnt need to go look for fun anywhere else.

I trusted the reviews and was rewarded for doing so. The hotel is completely renovated, and the lobby/bar area is a really cool space. The free drink token was a nice perk as well. The open space was well utilized with a great pool, pickle ball courts, corn hole, a great swing and a stage where we listened to a musician play his music. The staff were exceptional and the oatmeal bar in the morning was also a cool twist on breakfast from the typical Hampton Inn types. For dinner my son and I didn't have to go far, as there was a food truck in the parking lot serving up delicious food. I hope more people give this place a try, I loved the concept and would love to see this expand to other cities.

Rooms were clean inside.Nothing good in breakfast . They don’t even bother to keep pancake or eggs AC makes lot of noise that you can’t sleep Don’t go by pics . Not worth . Waste of money I had bookef for 2 days but returned within a single night stay Better to go for traditional hotel chains like Hyat, LaQuinta

I immediately loved the vibe of this place. The bright colors, the kitschy artwork, the ultra cool lobby with a bar! I was in love. The hotel is very close to the major highway and there is a lot of road noise that you hear inside the room. I could deal with that because it’s pretty constant. The main issue was we were in a ground floor room, and the noise from the room above us was totally annoying. You could hear the footsteps of the people moving around, and then there was a higher-pitched harder noise coming from above, which I think was coming from a dog playing with a toy on the floor. Thankfully, the people upstairs went to bed before we did, otherwise I would’ve had to call the front desk or go upstairs myself and ask them to stop making all the noise. Unfortunately, the noise started up again in the morning and lasted until we checked out. Yes, the beds are firm which I didn’t mind, but my son thought were too hard (although he slept just fine). The linens and room finishing were cool, fun, and I loved the artwork. I was considering staying at the hotel when we come back to College Station in April, but then with all the noise upstairs, I decided not to. Maybe my experience would’ve been different if I had been in an upstairs room. But since I couldn’t guarantee having an upstairs room, we decided to book elsewhere. Families with kids, people in town for football games, I can see this place being perfect for them.

Nice room, amazingly friendly staff members and a lot of fun amenities in the property. Not everything in their best condition, but I’ll take mine next time, like pickleball paddles :)

This property is so unique and Whitty! Check in was super easy; the lobby is decorated so cool. Parking is free and convenient since you can park right outside your room door. The room itself was super clean and the Tv was massive:)))) was only in town for a day so I couldn’t take full advantage of all the outdoor amenities. Will definitely stay here again to do so!
