Wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the hotel and the beautiful vintage touches—like the mail slots by the elevators. Doesn’t hurt that the provided body lotion and shampoo are Bal’dafrique by byredo. It smelled and felt luxurious

Fantastic "Bucket List" stay. I bought monogrammed robes. Top Of the Mark was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. Finest hotel I've ever stayed at in my many years of travel.

No vending or options for snacks or food aside from Upstairs Bar or Downstairs restaurant/room service with both having limited hours.
Called to have minibar and coffee station restocked after housekeeping did not do so in the afternoon during my first full day, but it was never restocked.
Other than these complaints, the stay was excellent.

We enjoyed staying the night, the staff were lovely and kind. The hotel is dated, and hasn’t kept with the times in someways were lovely for the character. The bed was comfortable, the room sparse. Overall, it was fine.

We had 2 nights with no “nob hill destination fee” and we were told the parking was $80 a night with Valet.
It was actually $87.78 a night for parking.
On the 3rd night we ended up extending our stay we were charged a NOB HILL destination fee for $32.

Beautiful hotel that needs an update. Top of the Mark restaurant upstairs was gorgeous for the views of the city.
