Nice place to stay with terrific water views. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well.
At least when we stayed, check in and breakfast were nearby at the Gran View Inn (sister property), so not the most convenient - and the breakfast wasn't anything terrific, but the location definitely has a nice view and setting, along with all the other aspects we like in a place.
Would we stay here again? Probably, esp if it's cheaper than the two nearby places closer to Ogdensburg. We enjoyed it.

My stay was wonderful!! We were in town for the 4th of July to view the fireworks in Alex Bay and this was the closest hotel I could get. While we wanted to do a little sightseeing, I so wish I could have had more time just to spend watching the river, utilizing pool and cooking out on the grill. We did use the firepit, which was great, just don't forget the bug repellent!!! They loved my Pennsylvania skin!! Our room was on the Riverside, but don't be concerned if one isn't available for you, just walk around poolside and enjoy the view!!
I would absolutely stay there again!!

Beautifully situated On the saint lawrence river. The
Stairs to the parking lot were horrible.
We had someone with a disability with us who had a difficult time getting up and down them.
The place wasn't bad. We only stayed one night

We were here for one night. Love the view of the river and river front. But the property itself was not at par.

TV was stuck crooked on a side corner that made it hard for us to watch
Got a crick in the neck. The water faucet dripped and the fan creaked all the time. Could not sleep well here. Bed was King size but uncomfortable. They had a cushion that was icky, looked and felt like used by many people and not cleaned . It did not feel worth the value or charge. They have a short flight of very unsafe steps up to the cabin. My husband slipped twice and I almost tumbled down

When we arrived the room was not cleaned the sink , tub , toilet were dirty and the floor in the bathroom was filthy behind the door there were spider webs and spiders in the bathroom and other room also one of the beds wasn't stripped and changed had hair in bed and on top of bed.i showed the young man and he agreed it was not clean and called the cleaning girl who gave attitude because she had to come back. We were already late for the party we were attending so we left when we returned the one bed still wasn't cleaned she just picked the hair off I really was very disappointed in my experience with you

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and gave us dinner options. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have in our room. View of the St. Lawrence River was beautiful to wake up to! Excellent stay and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
