Menginap di sana selama 2 malam dan mereka sangat baik dan mesra, suka bagaimana Chloe di kaunter penerimaan tetamu mengalu-alukan dan menerangkan perkara-perkara kepada kami, perkara-perkara kecil sangat penting dia pergi ke perincian! Bilik itu bersih dan selesa. Saya suka idea mereka menggantung coklat di pintu kami, itu sangat manis! Pilihan sarapan pagi adalah baik, saya suka pilihan terutama bubur dan daging, 2 itu adalah kegemaran saya. Semua pelayan/ss semasa sarapan pagi adalah sangat mesra.

I had an excellent stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa, my first hotel in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, the staff—especially Lucy, Rosie, and Tracy—were extremely helpful. They provided clear guidance on where to exchange money, purchase a reliable SIM card, and recommended local attractions such as Train Street. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, which makes it very convenient to explore Hanoi on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops just outside the hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable. While I didn’t use the spa, it looked very inviting. Breakfast was enjoyable, though a wider variety of options would make it even better. Overall, the combination of excellent staff, central location, cleanliness, and affordable pricing made this a wonderful choice. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. A big thank you again to Lucy, Rosie, and the rest of the staff for making my stay so welcoming and memorable.

Très bel hôtel, super bien situé dans le viel Hanoi. Supe accueil, et tout le personnel est super!! Merci aux personnes à l’accueil, à la super barmaid le soir au bar, à Lilou au spa et à ceux que l’on a moins vu mais qui rendent le séjour top La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable

The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi. Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice. We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well. Internet was very fast. Thank you.

We were greeted by Tracy & Lucy , throughout our stay they were extremely friendly and helpful (as were all the staff). Our room was 907 with great view of neighbourhood and very quiet (no street noise). I had an issue with the hairdryer that they promptly replaced. Breakfast had a wide selection from eggs made to your liking, pho, fruit, pastry and other hot dishes. Definitely would recommend this hotel in Old Town, walking distance to most attractions, shop and lake. We have had 3 family members stay here and recommend this hotel, it did not disappoint.

What a cute hotel. Loved the art deco vibe and the ambiance. This was a great start to our Vietnam adventure. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and after a lot of walking it was great to get an in-house massage. The staff gave us a warm welcome and took great care of us. At home, a hotel like this would had more stars. It was cozy and comfortable. When we returned from Halong Bay and asked if we could store our luggage there, it was like being welcomed back home. Min and Lucy in particular, made sure we had everything we needed and had such great energy that it made us excited. The hotel was value for money.

The hotel is in the middle of city, walking distance from a few attractions. But, the room we booked was supposed to have a bath tub. It had bath tub but no shower space was given which was weird. It was so awkward to have a shower everyday in bath tub which was completely open and it would wet the whole floor. The room were okayish.

I would recommend this place 100% my husband and I stayed for 4 nights, the staff is incredibly nice, they make you feel definitely welcome give you advise to where to go, they have an spa that was also amazing, they even called us to make sure we had our breakfast, we just loved it and will definitely come here next time, the price, the location, the room I'm satisfied with everything ❤️

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The decor is very much French colonial but what really stood out were the staff. They literally couldn't do too much for us. We were greeted by Mia who was so helpful, and at breakfast the next morning we met Lucy who already knew our names and preferences. Just amazing!

Great location for sightseeing. Nightmatket was opened just around corner on weekends. staff are very lovely and helpful. they have onsite cafe and spa which you should try. Overall we are happy about this hotel.

This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again.

We were greeted by Tracy & Lucy , throughout our stay they were extremely friendly and helpful (as were all the staff). Our room was 907 with great view of neighbourhood and very quiet (no street noise). I had an issue with the hairdryer that they promptly replaced. Breakfast had a wide selection from eggs made to your liking, pho, fruit, pastry and other hot dishes. Definitely would recommend this hotel in Old Town, walking distance to most attractions, shop and lake. We have had 3 family members stay here and recommend this hotel, it did not disappoint.

What a cute hotel. Loved the art deco vibe and the ambiance. This was a great start to our Vietnam adventure. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and after a lot of walking it was great to get an in-house massage. The staff gave us a warm welcome and took great care of us. At home, a hotel like this would had more stars. It was cozy and comfortable. When we returned from Halong Bay and asked if we could store our luggage there, it was like being welcomed back home. Min and Lucy in particular, made sure we had everything we needed and had such great energy that it made us excited. The hotel was value for money.

深夜のチェックインにもかかわらず対応してくれたりスタッフの対応は最高でした。 ただ、部屋の机に何かの食べかすが残っていたり天井に虫がいて自分で処理する必要があったこと、またシャワーの水圧が弱く不十分だったことが残念です。

The hotel is in the middle of city, walking distance from a few attractions. But, the room we booked was supposed to have a bath tub. It had bath tub but no shower space was given which was weird. It was so awkward to have a shower everyday in bath tub which was completely open and it would wet the whole floor. The room were okayish.

I would recommend this place 100% my husband and I stayed for 4 nights, the staff is incredibly nice, they make you feel definitely welcome give you advise to where to go, they have an spa that was also amazing, they even called us to make sure we had our breakfast, we just loved it and will definitely come here next time, the price, the location, the room I'm satisfied with everything ❤️

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The decor is very much French colonial but what really stood out were the staff. They literally couldn't do too much for us. We were greeted by Mia who was so helpful, and at breakfast the next morning we met Lucy who already knew our names and preferences. Just amazing!

Great location for sightseeing. Nightmatket was opened just around corner on weekends. staff are very lovely and helpful. they have onsite cafe and spa which you should try. Overall we are happy about this hotel.
