Tap Health Icon on Traveloka app
Make sure you have the latest version of Traveloka App.
Tap Chat with Doctor banner, then select a doctor
Scroll down to see more available doctors (green dot), then tap Chat.
Fill in contact and patient details
Double-check your details then continue to the payment page.
Make the payment
Select your payment method then tap Pay Now.
Done! The doctor will be right with you.
Once the payment is confirmed, the doctor will chat with you soon.

You will be redirected to Farmaku page.
Select your medicine or search it on the top side
You can also buy prescribed medicines from the doctor by uploading the digital prescription.
Add delivery address, then continue to payment
Make sure the address and phone number are correct. Add pin point to your address for accuracy.
Done! Your medicines and vitamins will be delivered to your door.
Check the app regulary to track your order.
