Had issues checking in. We were til by hotel we couldn’t check in. Spent 20 minutes on phone with agent at hotels.com between her calling hotel and talking to us. Finally got things fixed.

The updates they're making to the property are great! Room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was great, too. They were actively working on improvements while we were there.

Rooms were Wrong rooms, staff did best they could considering they were sold out. Had to have kids sleep on floor, they are under new construction so our room was new carpet. Woke up next morning and ants all over the room.

When i booked this room i paid in full. So i get there and the pool is closed for maintenance. They are doing construction so the parking is limited to all the bins being in the parking lot. As i go to checkout the lady said i had to give them my card cause they havent been paid i showed them that i was paid in full so the receptionist said i would have to pay again and then have expedia refund my money. This is unacceptable.it should have mentioned the pool was closed on the website so i could have gotten a cheaper room or chose one that actually had a pool. The only reason they get any stars is the rooms are nice with nice beds.

This property is undergoing a lot of construction. The pool is not open in mid Feb at the time of this review. The bed and room was perfectly fine and the check in process was seamless; thanks Austin. Overall, 4/5 but I’d stay here again once the construction is finished.

Outdated. Had to vacate due to electrical fire they couldn’t find. The power went out. Not a way to wake up at 6:30AM

A lot of construction was going on, so there was dealing with that wasn’t ideal.

The toilet didn’t flush well the deadbolt on the door didn’t work and they didn’t clean my room or offer fresh towels while I was there.

Good location and easy to get around from. Staff were friendly and positive. Selection for breakfast was great. Will likely stay again as we pass through the area going south.

The workers were very kind. The property was extremely clean with new carpet and other amenities throughout the room. The breakfast selection and taste was excellent!!

Nice motel however a lot of construction/remodeling going on.

The staff was amazing. I gave a bad review because of the construction. It was hard to find parking. The last night it felt like the air stopped working and it was humid in the room and building. Should lower prices while this is going on.

Being quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking was bad, maybe remodeling ?

My reservation was a king room and they didn’t have a king room when we arrived

Wasn't overly clean. Was very dated. Seemed like an older hotel chain that was switched over to a Fairfield. Very limited parking due to so many storage bins in the parking lot.
