I reserved a non-smoking room. When I got there I was given a smoking room which would.have destroyed my CPAP machine. There were cigarette burn marks on the nightstand and the room was saturated in cigarette smell. The sheets were stained and the pillows were dirty. I was finally given a better room after insisting several times.

It was under renovation when I stayed. I asked to have new sheets put on my bed midway through my stay, it was apparently a big deal.

Breakfast was not what expected. Cold cereal and bread.

Missing table, Missing Ice bucket. Room entry light not working. Bathroom towel rack broken hanging at 45°. Shower curtain a little short. Closet hanger rod Missing. Hangers laying on top of shelf. Told office check in lady about all of the above. She wrote it down on a post a note. Said she give it to days manager. This is about the fifth time staying here on our trips back to and from Colorado. The place has really gone down hill over the last year.

Property is under renovation. It will see better days.

The place is very old and run Down. The towels for the rooms and pools are so old and dingy and thin. The rooms are big but it had one chair with no table. There was a side table between the beds but it was small and the beds were so far apart that you couldn’t reach the table if you were laying in bed. Overall it was a comfortable bed and the ac works great and the kids loved the pool.

Not bad for the money

Facility is old. Rooms show wear! Line a 32 inch tv screen. Lousy towels.

Tv sound did not work, see daylight thur cracks in door frame, had to unplug ac no off control or thermostat would not adjust! Would not recomend sraying in room 13.

Beds were terrible, pillows worse than terrible, tv remote didn't work, toilet functioning only if lifted handle or lid and reset timer flapper by hand; dirty inside and out.

Lights didn’t work. The floor was dirty. Sheets had stains. Not the greatest. And not the cheapest. Quite disappointed.

One of the reasons why we choose to stay was breakfast. Toast and an apple is not breakfast? Women who checked is in was not very pleasant

Was hard to get to, hard to figure out where to park. But the room was clean and comfortable.

Clerk wanted to charge for my service dog. Hard pillows, old bed mattress. TV broken, poor A/c. ONLY 1 cereal, white toast and coffee on breakfast bar

The entire place os run down. The rooms are falling apart, the floors were coming up, the tv barely worked, i could just go o about how bad it was. These rooms shouldn't cost more than $20 a night with how bad they are let alone the $130 i got charged.

The room smelled like burnt wood, and I couldn’t breath so I turned the key-card back in and went somewhere else! I will never stay there!

I would never go back to that hotel.

The staff was very courteous and very welcoming. We had tried to stay in Fernley and that was a completely different experience... A happy accident!!

The staff at Super 8 in Fernley were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered extra shampoo, conditioner, and soap and told me to let them know if I needed anything. The only thing I could suggest to make it better would be to get new pillows and try to whiten the sheets a little. Overall, it was very good and I would stay there again.

A/C was broken and there was only 1 room available. When asked for a refund she stated she couldn’t refund me my $. To top it off I asked for a room one the first floor, and she said there was only one room Left. Well when checking in, the room was located on the 2nd floor.
