Das Speisen Angebot, wenn man Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive hat, ist sehr eingeschränkt. Das Frühstück war okay, aber das Abendessen das war nicht so gut. Es gab trotz wechselnde Monatskarte auch nach Monatswechsel jeden Abend das gleiche. Viele Speisen waren von dieser Karte meist nicht erhältlich, so dass man über eine Woche fast immer das gleiche essen musste. Dafür würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ganz okay.

Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable after the long flight. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Food was good.

Easy booking, polite efficient service, lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was busy but good. Only drawback was room was extremely hot but staff brought a fan and ice as soon as we called. Thanks!

Very old and poorly maintained Holiday Inn. Bed and cotton was clean. Pool was good. But quality of room is not worth of the price. Even lift switches had issues. Bathroom was worse.

The hotel wasnt cleaned very well however the beds were clean. The hotel is dog friendly however in the room below there was a very noisey barking dog which we had to complain about 3 times.

Good value hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Room 110 was too hot, reported that AC was not working, reception said they'd fixed it but gave us a fan. It wasn't fixed and was told the following morning that there was a problem getting parts. We should have been given another room. Wouldn't stay again as we were also told other rooms were like that. We had a poor night's sleep as a result.

Easy access and parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bonus to have the leisure facilities onsite.

The room was not ready even after an hour since check in time. The air con was broken- was only given a small fan for the room to compensate. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was overly hot. The room was tired and dirty. The breakfast area was very messy- floors and seats with food on them, just overall letdown.

Paint flaking off the walls bedlap never worked also hairdryer didn't work there also wasn't a fridge but says room did.ROOM 45

I really enjoyed my stay. The food choices were not really suitable for me from the menu although the chef made me french toast with a tomato and without the extras. Sugar and berries? for Sunday brunch. I enjoyed the hot tub, but the water was a lot hotter than I expected. The gym is also very good.

Description was a bit misleading when booking premium room had two single beds pushed together.
