We booked this hotel as a stopping point on our way down to Disney. We checked in around 11:15. All went smoothly until we got to the room. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. When we went to call the lobby to ask for bedding, the phone was broken (didn’t even have buttons so not sure why it was even in the room). Then, my son spotted a bug on the bed. It was a bug I had never seen before. A quick picture and google image search confirmed it was a bed bug. We quickly gathered our things and got out of there. The last thing we want to bring on vacation with us is bed Bugs! The staff didn’t seem too concerned or surprised when we told them, but they did give us a refund with no problems. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident, but we would never stay here again!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms The breakfast is very good. Change options of breakfast every day. The coffee and tea bar is always open 24/7 and have good options to make the coffee, mocha etc 👌

We appreciated them being able to let us check in early but the hotel including rooms smelled old and we had roaches in our room…not palmetto bugs but roaches you find in your home.

The beds mattress need to be upgraded and the pillows. The pillows are to hard, need soft ones. The quilts are old and need to be washed.

Great hotel with great staff

We got to the hotel at midnight, and they already were dealing with an angry customer, I was trying to be nice, but apparently they tried to charge my card early even though I chose to pay at the property, I didn’t have the funds on the card at the time so it declined, and they did not attempt to contact me to let me know the hotel was overbooked. I had to find another place to stay with my family at 1am. Staff were not helpful, honestly probably the most upsetting part of our trip.

Great staff, everything well maintained. But you can hear every foot step and every sound coming from other rooms.

Friendly reception staff. Good for quick in and out of airport stay. Near lots of restaurants and shopping.

It served the purpose while we were in the Savannah area.We stayed here for 3 nights and it was totally acceptable.Staff was amazingly friendly and accommodated. We would stay again; why a 4*? Not a 5*? Needs updated in the rooms.

Property needs updated. Elevator broken and no available rooms on 1st floor. My room was on the third floor. I’m scheduled for knee replacement this month. Room could use an update.

Staff is great. The hotel is clean. Our room had its own living room with a corner sofa. There were two TVs. Comp breakfast was good and not too crowded. A great place all around, and right of 95.

There was weird mold ooze coming out of the vent. We had to change rooms because our beds were wet for some reason. They had painted that day in the hall and the rooms and the whole floor smelled like fresh paint, giving us headaches.
