Excellent service and very clean and comfortable.

I had an issue at check in with someone who had a similar name as mine and a mix up in Hilton rewards, but the person at the front desk fixed everything and made sure my reservation was still kept.

There was no dressers in our room. There were three of us and we had to live out of our suitcase

Even though there is current construction in front of the hotel, it was still accessible to hotel. Many dining options available near the hotel. Easy access to interstate.

The hotel was convenient and clean. Great service. Breakfast was nice. The only complaint is the beds. I like a firm mattress but this felt like I was sleeping n the floor. Woke up several times. Also the darkening curtains don’t close all if the way, so the parking lot lights shine right into the room.

Front desk personal was very accommodating and personable. Very good experience.

For this family trip, we looked for a hotel that allowed pets. This hotel is extremely pet, friendly, outstanding front desk, staff, and the highest cleanliness standards. We were extremely impressed that outside of seeing other pets, you could not tell that this was a pet friendly hotel. There were no smells or damaged property at all. We had a great night and slept well, it was easy to walk our dog outside, there is plenty of parking, and the breakfast options are excellent.

As soon as I arrived at the property the desk clerk informed my child that “ there were no children allowed at the the hotel, and they had to sleep outside with the spiders and snakes” then on our second night we had no water for hours with no contact that it was out nor we notified that it was turned back on. The hotel was very nice the room size was more than we expected but the customer service was below average

Overall very good. Breakfast was meh. Room was spacious and internet was strong.

this hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good though. There was no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs. Instead there was corned beef hash that was really gross. They ran out of bagels and waffle syrup. It was a poor selection of untasty food.

Terrific breakfast

We were there as a large family in town for my dad’s funeral. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to pretty much take over the lobby to visit. It was very much appreciated!

Convenient

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious as well. I’d give a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Comfortable beds, nice staff too. Only issue was the pillows haha. They were kind of flat. But otherwise, would stay here again.

After a pretty long drive, staying here was nice. Room and hotel overall were very clean, and I had excellent service when checking in with Sam. He was a wonderful help.
