Struttura scelta per una viaggio di lavoro in occasione di una fiera, e già ben nota. La posizione è impareggiabile per vicinanza e comodità. Il personale estremamente cortese e competente. La colazione pienamente soddisfacente. Avendo avuto necessità di una cena direttamente nel ristorante annesso, sono stato però deluso dalla ridottissima scelta (4 portate, tutte con carne, una unica opzione senza carne ma comunque con pesce). Nel complesso ottima esperienza, ristorante escluso.

The hotel had had an "alarm" and some rooms were not available. When we arrived from the airport (late in the evening), the hotel informed us that our rooms were not available and we would need to go check in at a hotel near the airport. No one had attempted to contact us or get in touch with Expedia. The hotel staff refused to call any hotels close to the Frankfurt Messe (we had booked beside the Messe because we had 5 days of trade shows to attend and didn't want to commute from other parts of the city). The hotel staff said that they had called hotels earlier and that all rooms were booked and that the available rooms showing online at other hotels we not actually available. They also told us it would be impossible to contact Expedia after hours because they were not open (which is completely untrue, as we later found out - Expedia is open 24/7 for support. We ended up rebooking our own hotel through Expedia, although we ended up paying £1000 more. If the hotel had done this through Expedia or if we had contacted Expedia directly, then we would not likely have had to pay more. The hotel has never followed up with an apology or any other communication. We would never risk staying at a hotel with such poor service ever again.

Very high price for a mid-range hotel experience. The lamp in my room didn’t work and the show glass didn’t stop water from leaking on the floor every time I took a shower.

Position of hotel perfect for exhibition centre (Messe), 5 minutes walk and one minute walk from Skyline Plaza shopping mall. 20 minutes walk (5/6 minutes by Taxi) from Hauptbanhof. Very nice spacious reception area and very good bar and restaurant. Rooms adequate, bed and pillows desperately uncomfortable.

Das Hotel punktet mit seiner hervorragenden Lage und ausgezeichneten Verkehrsanbindung. Es bietet direkten Zugang zu U-Bahn und Bus. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Zimmer nur oberflächlich und hastig gereinigt werden. In meinem ersten Zimmer fand ich Essensreste wie Nüsse und Chips auf dem Boden vor. Das Management reagierte zwar prompt mit einem Ersatzzimmer und einem kostenlosen Getränk an der Bar, jedoch wies auch das Badezimmer des neuen Zimmers deutliche Mängel in der Reinigung auf. Die Zimmer selbst machen einen veralteten Eindruck. Das ist aber nicht zwangsläufig problematisch. Angesichts dieser Umstände ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Die positiven Aspekte der Lage können die Hygienemängel nicht aufwiegen.

Leider ist das Zimmer deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Hinzukommend defekte Lampen, wodurch keine Helligkeit.

Nice hotel, bath a little old, great location, ample room convenient and well decorated.

Gut gelegenes Hotel nähe Messegelände und dem Einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza. Zimmer sauber mit 2 Flaschen Wasser sowie Kühlschrank vorhanden. Frühstück ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bin öfter mal im Mövenpick und kann es empfehlen.

Comfortable and clean. Aircon was a bit hit and miss. The fridge didn't work. For the price, a bit run down. But very, very convenient location.

It was just for one night. But it was good

Stay was ok as there was a couple of minor issues, such as no soap and the sink was blocked. Breakfast was excellent though. Overall was good.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufieden. Finde Teppiche in den Zimmern ist in dr heutigen Zeit nicht mehr angebracht

Deserved a 5 star review except for rude clerk Nice hotel and room except that all soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, hard to take a proper shower Nice staff except for rude morning clerk who insisted on checkout that I pay - did not check that room was prepaid I had to insist and he kept looking at his screen no direct eye contact; when I informed there was no soap in the room he just replied that it was too late I already checked out.

La struttura è praticamente attaccata a metro, tram e centro commerciale con tutti i servizi essenziali. Pulito comodo e personale gentile e cortese. Non aspettavo il deposito cauzionale, ma niente di così problematico. Consigliato a tutti!

The bed was not good.

Picked this property due to its handiness to the concert arena. We were extremely pleased with how good our room was, and all services provided by staff

We were extremely satisfied by the service of Niloufar. She helped and guided us perfectly. A reason for us to return to the Hotel again.
