This was a great hotel!! We travelled with 3 young kids and it was perfect. The food was great, service was perfect. The rooms were decent. Drinks were made well. Pools and beach was exceptional. We stayed 6 days and could have easily stayed longer. We experienced the spa services which was relaxing. There is a Kids Club, was super convenient, which gave the parents a couple hours break, we utilized it primarily in the morning from like 9-11:30, would pick up kids after, go to pool/ beach was our routine. The shows at night were really good, was really enjoyable; then off to party in the lobby. I like that there was a mutual big space for everyone to gather. They used a shuttle services to travel to other parts of resort but was very reliable and came every 3-7 mins. There is a cafe shop on resort for amazing espressos; and ice cream shop next door. Even though it’s a big resort, it did not feel like it. You were able to know the location to everthing after 2 days or so. Super easy. There are restaurant on resort that we reserved for every night at 6:30pm, there is an app to reserve it, but we booked all restaurants at the lobby services day one. Our favorite restaurant was the Hibachi. They also have Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, Dominican restaurant on resort. There were many activities to do, it all depends on what you want to do. There is mini golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball, Spanish class, salsa lessons, pool side games etc. We had an amazing time.

We had a great stay overall—this hotel is fantastic for families! The staff was friendly, the amenities were excellent, and the location was super convenient. The kids loved the pool, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The only thing that could be improved is the room cleanliness. While it wasn’t bad, the rooms could use a bit more attention to detail. This was actually our second time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back again. I’d recommend it to any family looking for a fun, comfortable place to stay

Excellent resort for families. Exceptionally friendly staff. We had an absolutely brilliant time and loved seeing the iguanas every day!! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday.

Staff was so nice. Beach and pools were clean. The food was always stocked . Will definitely come back

Nice place to spend a great family vacations!

L'hotel a besoin de rénovation mais le lieu est beau avec des iguanes, des flamands rose et d'autres canards en liberté. La nature y est très présente et la plage est belle. Je n'ai pas été impressionné par les restaurants. Finalement, le buffet était ce qui avaient de mieux.

Nice place

This trip was an important one since we were celebrating my boyfriends 36th birthday. From the moment we had arrived on the property, the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone always greeted you with a smile, always willing to assist. The food was from the food market and sports bar were always tasty. Never disappointed in what we had to eat at any point of the day. The bar tenders were always a pleasure to chat with and consistent on a day to day basis. The house keeping staff was also very pleasant and always willing to assist when items such as towels, toilet paper etc were needed. We truly enjoyed our over all experience and are already planning our return. It was truly a pleasure beinf a guest at this hotel and we look forward to our next stay this summer.

The staff were nice, and the property is ok for the price. Chinese food was nice; the internet is bad, and a coffee shop and ice cream shop are good ideas. Only one plca eat the far corner for beach and pool towels (very inconvience).

The hotel is very nice, the children's pool area is beyond reproach, the food was excellent the only problem was the service in the buffet area, when ordering and then bringing drinks or anything else you needed, utensils, napkins, things like that, they took forever..2 stars in that area, and another thing the towel changing station is too far away, they should have at least two more.

We did not go off the property to see the area around the property.

Good place for family

Positives: Great location with direct access to a very nice beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Multiple pools for all types of guests. Good on-site options: ice cream shop, coffee shop, breakfast restaurant, and bars. Having restaurant options within the hotel makes dining convenient. Negatives: A la carte restaurant reservations via the app are confusing and overly competitive. Buffet menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are repetitive and lack variety. Housekeeping quality is poor — staff shows questionable hygiene and don’t even use gloves. Beach and indoor bars offer very limited drink options — mostly just beer and juice. Communication with international guests is weak; English proficiency is very poor. No food is served on the beach. Cuisine is heavily tailored to American tastes and does not cater well to South American guests. A “Dominican fair” was hosted during our stay, where vendors harassed guests to buy souvenirs — felt like a scam inside the hotel. The restaurant was overcrowded on Sunday, with long lines for breakfast and lunch, and part of the space was inexplicably closed. Children’s activities are very weak, scheduled only around 6 PM, with nothing engaging in the evening. Nighttime entertainment is virtually non-existent — just some unappealing kids’ videos and dances at the theater. The hotel’s structure and service model are outdated and need urgent renewal. Only artificial/processed juices are offered — no fresh options available.

Pools were 6/10 clean. Food was awesome. Room tidy and clean. The distance between lobby and room/pool/bars is walkable and trolleys are also available. Time sharing sellers are too pushy. Overall very great place for the price if you are travelling on a budget. Would definitely recommend.

Not all the staff were friendly

Scenery is beautiful, the staff was unbelievably pleasant, tentative, and professional. The landscape of this resort is breathtaking. The food top of the line. The food was fresh well done.
