Perfect for a family with a toddler

The room was spacious and the pool was great! We had fun with ping pong tables and mini golf as well.

The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly. We had good time staying there.

Pros: Very nice property, very nice pool and beach side convenience. Very nice suite with pool and ocean view. Cons: The room had cockroaches in the kitchen area. And the cleaning crew did not show up once during our 3-day stay.

Roaches everywhere. Climbing on bed and swim suits in bathroom. So disgusting. Called front desk to move us to a new room and no other rooms available. Said they would send someone to spray for bugs between 10-2 this past Saturday but they never showed up. The front desk manager said they are aware of the ongoing bug problem and the whole hotel is getting full renovation as a result next year. The front desk said and they could not offer a refund since I booked through expedia. I will be taking this up with Expedia now. Do NOT book this hotel.

I loved that I wasn't being watched by not having a wrist band like other hotels. I didn't like that there wasn't a lot of dining options.

Overall this was a great property and we had a wonderful stay. The only negatives were the elevators took a long time to transport you floors and the gift shop did not stay open past 5pm.

Loved the area

Very quiet.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. Love the food trucks near by and the shopping center across the street. I didn’t love the roaches the property had. My husband found one on him. Which is never great. Our hotel room had a very distinct food smell that never went away. We were supposed to have an ocean view room, but we were given a partial. And the partial barely even showed the ocean. The sheets are old and uncomfortable. Felt very scratchy. It’s time to change those, Hilton. I guess what I’m trying to say is, the stay was ok. But, i won’t stay there again.
