We had an amazing time in April. The experience started with the luxury complimentary airport transfer to the hotel. We were welcomed by reception and atarted are all inclusive experience straight away. The rooms were excellent and the in-room hot tub with sea view was awesome. The Spa was nice. A lovely experience overall and look forward to booking again in the future!!!!

We loved our time at the Ixian Grand Hotel. We had all inclusive which provided great food at the buffet. One thing to note that wasn’t too obvious is that you only get to eat in one A La Carte restaurant once per stay with all inclusive, it has to be the buffet every other time. There’s not a lot around the hotel, but it’s only a short taxi trip into Rhodes which was great with lots to see. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to see some entertainment on a few nights! Would love to come back!

Only one bar in the evening so queues all the time. No info on entertainment or spa. Having the dedicated suite restaurant was fabulous as it is not easy to get into the bookable restaurants and the buffet is pretty busy. On a plus note, the bookable greek restaurant is fabulous, even if we could only get in at lunch time.

None of the pools heated, if open this early in season this should be available so the facility can be fully utilised. Paid for the best ocean view swim up Room and could not swim once as too cold. Same for the indoor pool at the spa

Fantastic hotel with everything you need at the resort. Travel into Rhodes was very simple and organised by the hotel. It was a great little getaway!

The staff were amazing. The hotel is kept very clean. Very relaxing. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and not fight for them.

Location is great for the sea but hotel itself could do with some renovations. We came here in 2018 and in the last 6 years, the hotel has lost its sparks. The corridors could do with freshen up; walls behind bed etc the hotel looks a bit tired now.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer (163) lag leider neben einer stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb es recht laut war. Das Buffet Restaurant hat mir grundsätzlich gut gefallen, ich hätte mir ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und man findet immer eine freie Liege. Der direkte Strandzugang hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Rund um die Hotelanlage gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, allerdings ist man mit dem Taxi innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Rhodos Stadt.

It was perfect, the staff were amazing. My only issue was the reserving of sun beds and the fact other guests think it is their right to sit where they wanted and turned aggressive when challenged!! This should be monitored by management as rules are rules! Otherwise great holiday!

C’était notre 3ème séjour à l’IXIAN GRAND, à Rhodes. Nous sommes ravis d’y être retournés. Le service est toujours excellent ; le personnel fort amical, disponible et efficace. La restauration est tout à fait convenable compte tenu du prix du séjour très attractif. Le cadre est magnifique, tout est propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres confortables et de bon gout, le parc de toute beauté, soigné à la « LE NOTRE ». Une amélioration a été portée sur les emplacements (2 transats 1parassol), beau plus nombreux et plus maniables que les anciens en bois ; Pas besoin de se presser le matin, il en reste toujours de disponibles. De belles excursions sont possibles pour peu que l’on aime la Grèce antique. Une bonne note pour le vol TRANSAVIA, impeccable. In Gesamtbetrachtung ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer schönen Lage direkt am Meer. Auch die Entfernung zur Altstadt von Rhodos ist überschaubar. Das Essen war gut, wenn auch nicht immer sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die täglichen Entertainment Angebote waren sehr schön. Kritikpunkte sind für mich die Bestuhlung/Möbel im gängigen Restaurant des Hotels. Man sitzt sehr tief. Der Pool ist wirklich sehr erfrischend kühl. Wir hatten einmal leicht blau verfärbte Fußsohlen, was wohl auf den Farbanstrich vom Pool zu schließen war.

Schöne Anlage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Tolle poolanlage mir ausreichend Liegestühlen.. Alles wird immer sehr sauber gehalten und alle sind sehr freundlich.. Kann sehr empfehlen für einen Trip nach Griechenland…

Areal stinkt, nicht sauber, auf frische Handtücher muss man mehrere Stunden warten. Keine bzw. sehr wenig Abwechslung beim Essen. Strand sehr schmutzig. Getränke könnten den ganzen Tag über verfügbar sein (All-inclusive). Cocktails teils ungenießbar. Transfer vom/zum Flughafen funktioniert reibungslos. Personal ist nett.

This place is Heaven On Earth. The dining experience is amazing I recommend getting a suit because what you get in terms of service is on an other level. The staff are truly the best and really take care of you they managed to even bake a custom cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. Get a massage from Eva she goes in deep and removes knots that you don’t even know you had. This place will definitely become an annual escape from my partner and I and we look forward to brining our family and friends to enjoy the experience with us. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We loved this place. We stayed in a grand suite with a private pool and literally could not believe our eyes when we walked in. The patio had sun from first thing all the way through to about 3.30pm with pool staying in the sun until about 6. (Visited mid August) With the suites you get access to the Alzonia restaurant along with the 2 a la carte restaurants (1 Greek 1 Japanese). You can use them as many times as you want when you book a suite but you do need to book the 2 a la carte restaurants early in the stay just to guarantee a table. Breakfast and dinner was amazing each day and we cannot fault the food. We didn’t do lunch other than a little snack at the pool bar. We did spend most of our time at our own pool but on the couple of occasions we ventured to the main pool we found it fairly easy to find sun beds both round the pool and on the beach up to about lunchtime. A little trickier after that but there were lots of comfier seats/sofas by the side of the pool that were really nice. The staff throughout the hotel were great, friendly and very helpful. We must give a special mention to the staff at the Alzonia who went above and beyond every time we went. We did breakfast for 6 of the days and dinner twice. They were so attentive with drinks and was lovely to have a little chat with them each day. Whilst the spa was a little on the pricier side we felt so good after our couples massage with Eva and Katherine that we booked for a second one later in the trip.

Hotel is good, but for us a 4-star accommodation. The rooms are a bit outdated (also the ones that are renovated), but very large though. In the all-inclusive formule there is no a la carte included. Sometimes you have this option for 1 night. Drinks and food is very nice but after 4 nights we found the buffet a bit boring. The staff is great and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean. Watch out as on all the hotel pictures you only see the swim up pools and the a la carte dining. The pool is also a bit old, but luckily there is also the sea. There is plenty of space around the pool and at the beach to relax. We had beds everytime! We highly recommend the spa as well! In general a very nice stay, but not worth 5 stars in our opinion, but rather a 4 .

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Sind alles in allem zufrieden, hatten aber auch schon bessere 5 Sterne Hotels. Es war immer sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett.
