clean, well kept property, polite and helpful staff definatley stay here again

Real breakfast with lots of choices. Was able to continue my trip well rested and well fed.

Hotel was clean. Staff was rude and unreachable

The only inconvenience was that we were woken up by the maid trying to enter our room at 9 am, even though we arrived at the hotel at 3 am.

The staff is awesome. Very friendly and super helpful as we left a drawing in our room!

This hotel was simply easy to access on our roadtrip home. It was very popular with lots of other families as well because it was fairly loud until late. It finally calmed down after midnight. Our bathroom door kept hitting the wall because the building was not level, or the door was not level. It definitely needed a doorstop.

Good stay

Definitely not on par with other Hampton hotels. The beds were not as comfortable and the hotel is showing its age. The windows in the breakfast room need to be cleaned and the window sills need some work. Hotel staff were great!!

While we had an issue with our reservation, it was resolved quickly between Expedia and Hampton Inn. Check-in was fast and friendly. My wife decided to use Hampton Inns exclusively and I must agree. This hotel like the other Hamptons that we used on this trip were clean, well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean spacious and comfortable, the selection of breakfast items was great, and the indoor pool was a big hit with my son, we return to visit family every year and will definitely stay again.

The room and bathroom was clean but obviously worn. Carpeting in hallways was stained and appeared dirty. Amenities were not available in machines and very limited and over-priced. Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and pleasant with one exception whose name I did not get but she was the breakfast person on the 29th

Reasonable place to stay in this Texas town.

Staff was courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean and well maintained and convenient to dining establishments and the interstate.

Very nice

The service desk employees were nice and friendly. The only thing I would complain about was the upstairs neighbors were loud. I know next time to request top floor. Other than that, it was nice, clean, and for the most part quite.
