Very close to my Dr. which I am seeing 5 days a week for treatments!

Worked well

The property does not look like the one of the picture room was fine and basically clean, but the carpets are old stained and somewhat dirty water. Pressure was good. Breakfast choices were kind of limited but not bad semi convenient to stores other facilities overall, it’s worth what I paid

I would definitely use Microtel again the staff was very friendly and accommodating

The young woman at the desk was wonderful--kind, efficient, and patient. The bathroom light was not working in the first first room I was assigned. The safety lock was also broken, and the room had an "off" smell. She immediately gave me a different room, which was clean and functional. However, when readying to take a shower, I closed the bathroom door, which locked, and I couldn't get back in. (I was alone and had not engaged the lock myself.) Once again, the young lady at the desk patiently assisted and got it open. Unfortunately, what she couldn't help with--understandably--was the highway noise. My room was on the end of the building, and, as I realized the next morning, was just yards from I-72. I take an ambient noise maker with me on trips to drown out sounds, and even with it on high, I could still clearly hear every tractor trailer that passed by, as well as some screeching "hot-rodders." As a result, it was a few hours before I could fall asleep, and I had an early morning commitment and a six hour drive the next day. Overall, with the exception of the great service provided, it was a miserable stay. Lesson learned--you get what you pay for. At least it was cheap.

Staff are incredible ! I am taking treatments and staying Mon-Fri! They go out of their way to be helpful! Kathyn and Maria were fantastic!

Our room 308 was very tiny kind of cramped it was very clean and nice but it was a lot tinier than I thought and that hotel sits right on a busy street so it was very loud at night time not that it's the hotel's fault by any means their breakfast buffet in the morning was very good always fresh customer service was great shower was nice although my room was without a hair dryer and I had to go downstairs and ask for one other than that it was very nice we stayed for five nights it's located centrally you can get to everything pretty easily and I give it a four

Everything was good at this hotel didn’t taste good but that breakfast is good. The only bad part about it. It was extremely noisy people running around being loud past 10 PM at night. I did call up to the front desk and told them, but she basically just laughed. She didn’t do anything about it

The employee's at Microhotel are very friendly and very helpful with all your service.

Staff was not friendly. Room had a tear in carpet.

Everything was good

Property could stand some upgraded finishes and touch ups, updated color scheme. But just needing an overnight stay, was acceptable. At initial check in on 3/28, door keys provided for assigned room did not work. Front Desk attendant actually came to room and had same results. Said the door scanners were defective in some rooms. A different room was assigned, and access was resolved.

Tried to check in after I pre paid and even though it was advertised as pet friendly I was denied because of my disabled veteran husband’s cat that he has for his ptsd. Lady’s at desk were rude from the start so they basically stole 2 nights of hotel room money after I drove over 12 hours to get there. One was reading from her cell phone a message from the motel mgr out loud and other was rolling her eyes

Place was clean but our room was very noisy. Too close to the road. Air conditioner was also noisy but the room was very clean

There were a few issues with my room: 1) No housekeeping was performed during my entire 4-night stay. 2) Window shade broken and would not close 3) Bathroom sink faucet ran continually 4) Dog toy found behind the door from previous guest. 5) Deflated balloon still attached to a light valance from a previous guest. 6) Sofa/futon in the room should be trashed immediately due to the condition.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk clerk not very friendly.
