The best four season experience in my life.

Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons. Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci. Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. This hotel deserves 5+ star. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, the service is extraordinary, and breakfast buffet is excellent. Last but not least, the traditional Chinese architecture and garden design are unparalleled masterpieces!

Love this property. It has a very beautiful garden and lake. Very good and attentive service. Room with nice garden view and good amenities. Extensive room service options is a big plus for my family.

The hotel is awesome! The only thing that we do not like is the jin sha restaurant at the hotel. Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive.

Accessible to the lakefront, however, quite crowded during the day.
