Booking was cancelled last minute by the hotel at 11:55pm. Receptionist was rude and quite happy to put us out of the hotel with no apology and no where to go. Thanks.

The hotel was extremely kids friendly. The buffet was kids friendly and the staff was lovely. There are only some minor things I think that could have improved our stay. Mid week the diner times changed which was slightly inconvenient. Diner got very hectic as there were lots of families at the same time.

Prachtige accommodatie, heerlijke huisjes, airco, klein keukentje. Kortom, perfect voor kleine kinderen. Het personeel moet alleen even op Engelse cursus.

Everybody is really nice and professionell and the bungalows are great but the food is not good. The breakfast has everything but lunch and dinner is poor. But thats maybe because we are comparing all the all inclusive hotel we've been to. The pool area i enjoyable.

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Vriendelijk personeel. Net huisje. Elke dag werd ons huisje schoongemaakt en de handdoeken gewassen. Locatie is prima, veel winkels op loopafstand. Ongeveer 30 minuten lopen naar de zee met leuke restaurantjes.

Hébergement refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût, les bungalows sont très confortables, la nourriture est bonne et variée. Hôtel très propre

Excellent établissement ! Petit logement individuel avec séjour et chambre spacieuse et grande salle de bain. Très grande propreté avec changement régulier des draps et serviettes. Bar gratuit renouvelé chaque jour. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Petit déjeuner et buffet très large en choix. Seul point négatif, le restaurant avec service à table à éviter pour un prix très élevé et les plats banals proposés.

The place is very minimalist and dated. It’s quantity over quality, which is ok if that’s what you prefer. The food is very basic and blend, lacking variety and healthy nutrition.

The hotel was lovely, had everything you needed for a relaxing or family holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Une arrivée épouvantable. Un mépris de la part de l’accueil et de la direction. Qui ne validait pas ce qui était compris dans la réservation et voulait nous mettre dans une chambre pour célibataire alors que nous étions un couple avec un bébé de 8 mois. Une situation compliquée, mais surtout une réaction du personnel de l’hôtel inadmissible. C’est notre 2 ieme mais dernier séjour dans cette hôtel.

Different rates depending on what you stay in and for how long. They entertain around the pool during the night until 11, but my cabin was far enough away. Everyone hears it! Cleaning is minimal unless you ask for more done in spanish or broken English. There's HB minimum 2 days purchase. Clean. CoVid-19 clean. 10 days was much. A week would have sufficed. Beside a supermarket for easy access to food. Cancelled shuttles to the beach with no warning.
