Le personnel a été très agréable, toujours un bonjour et un sourire, les chambres sont très propres les femmes de ménage font du bon travail, l’hôtel est bien situé, un petit coup de jeune est prévu et ça ne ferait pas de mal, les chaises et canapé ne sont pas confortable mais la literie est confortable. Prévoir une isolation phonique et luminaire pour les chambres donnant sur le yumbo. J’espère aussi que les travaux ajouteront une Clim car c’est le gros point noir. Sinon le snack de la piscine est top et le maître nageur très gentil.

Absolut okay für Selbstversorger ! Alles vorhanden (Küche etc). Da das Hotel direkt am Yumbocenter liegt ist es abends dementsprechend laut . Mich hat’s nicht gestört, obwohl ich, wegen fehlender Klimaanlage mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen musste ! Preis/Leistung angemessen !

La piscina lo mejor.

Etablissement agréable et tres bien entretenu. Beaucoup de services disponibles même un petit magasin pour acheter des produits de necessité comme des boissons pas trop cher. Les appartements sont confortables et la piscine est très agreable. On a aimé nos vacances dans cet hotel

La proximité du centre yumbo et des arrêts de bus. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus. Il manque selon moi la climatisation

Near the Yumbo Shopping center so a lot is available. The complex will undergo a needed renovation in the near future

Una estancia muy agradable, hotel bien ubicado y destacar la limpieza de todo el complejo, así como la amabilidad del personal, en especial Isidro de la recepción y Kirenia de la limpieza. Si volvemos a Gran Canaria, repetiremos aquí.

My first time staying here but highly recommend! Building was spotless, being clean, kitchen has all the equipment for basic cooking. One slight improvement would be the towels need replacing. Staff were super friendly. Location is perfect.

Lage war gut. Personal war freundlich. Untwrkunft war angenehm. Sauberkeit war nicht so gut, da nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wurde und wenn gereinigt wurde dann nicht 100% z.b. Sofa oder waschbecken

The apartments are dated, the beds are not comfortable, the sofa is like a rock. It’s very expensive for what you get. There is a horrible view from some of the apartments. I would not recommend it to anyone.
