Very good for what we needed

I particularly liked the staff in all positions. Everyone was kind, friendly and most courteous. I left an item there and they FedEx it to me.

No wifi so I was unable to work. The toilet kept running. We had to get up 6 times to jiggle the handle. The faucet turned on by itself. I was told that Apple products were having problems with wifi. My Android phone didn't work either.

The location is great. The room was good. We didn't get much sleep. The guests in the next room stayed up all night! We complained but nothing changed. The air conditioner was very loud when it turned on.

This hotel is very hard to navigate from the road. Lots of construction and hard to get to restaurants. I was very disappointed that I could not even request a floor level for our stay. We are handicapped and put on the 4th floor! The breakfast was not good at all and the room was ok. Beds were not comfortable at all.
