Favorite place to stay for a weekend in Detroit!

Great atmosphere at all times in the lobby area. Top notch staff. Wonderful experience.

This hotel was super nice, The room was very spacious and even nicer than expected. The bar was great as well.

Staff member who checked me in was very gracious and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Detroit, great for leisure/business travel. Cozy lobby with live piano music. Recommended!

The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean, and I greatly appreciated the handheld shower and the full mattress enclosures on the mattresses to prevent parasite infestation. It really provided great piece of mind.

A beautiful, historic hotel in the center of downtown. Everything was good but could have been amazing if not for a couple of things. 1) in the hallway on our floor there seemed to be a slight odor of sewage. It wasn’t horrible but it was noticeable. 2) there was a false fire alarm that went off several times during our 1 night’s stay. We had to wake up and get dressed and were instructed to evacuate (this part was not a problem), then after several minutes heard over an intercom that it was not a problem and that we could return to our rooms. This routine happened several times during the night so needless to say it was not a great night sleep. Not trying to be overly critical because things happen and I wouldn’t want anyone to avoid this hotel because of our bad luck. Like I said the place is beautiful, the staff is great and the restaurant is very good.

Great views from the room. In the center of town. We walked everywhere from there! DIA, shopping, dinner. Staff was super nice and lobby and lobby bar is gorgeous.
