At check in, the attendant started an argument with the customer behind me. The room was clean, but the carpet was dirty. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. As I went to my upstairs room there was a disheveled man on the stairs who lit up a crack pipe. He got up and walked away when he saw me. I went up the stairs; they were rickety and the steps wiggled as I stepped on them. The room had a VERY strong antiseptic smell. To me, it gave me an idea of the kinds of people that room sees. The hotel just gave me bad vibes. While I didn’t fear for my life, I feared for the safety of my vehicle. Fortunately, it was unharmed. Not a place I will ever book again.

The room was over saturated with the smell of cleaning chemicals. The room was unfinished. No phone to contact the front desk if needed. While the price was lower, it needs more work.

This room was too expensive to not have towels in the room, not have a mini fridge, or coffee available. I recommend staying at Motel 8 for less money because you are getting less at this place. Jessica was nice and did a great job.

The room was beat to hell chips in the wall needed to be painted bathroom was ok looking until you turned the water on the water came out brown and stayed brown and neither my son nor I slept because the beds were discolored and smelled awful

The. Roomwas filthy. The T didn't work. There was only one light Hole in the head board. Do not stay here

That the room had NO lights on the head of the beds!

The hotel is in a bad neighborhood

We just wanted a place to stay and to be left alone and that’s what we got.

In need of remodeling is dirty and smells bad

Overall, it was a good experience being here. I enjoyed my stay.

Great customer service

The room was clean and it had a microwave and a fridge.

The rooms smelt like cigarettes, the hooks from the curtains were missing so it was hard to close fully all the way, the shower had yellow spots and the t.v was having connection problems and limited channels :(

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. But if you do go and decide to change your mind after checking in, don’t bother contacting Expedia for a refund. They wont do it.

Doors do not lock you can literally open the door from the outside even if it’s locked on the inside right after my bf went to work I left didn’t want to stay there alone 😡

This hotel should not even be listed on Hotels.com. The front desk staff gave us a key to someone else’s room and we walked in on them participating in intimate behavior. It was a creepy, disgusting, unprofessional, and uninhabitable environment. We left immediately, nobody was friendly or easy to work with, and nobody under any circumstances should ever stay at this location.

I didnt Like the employee talking the way he did in the office and I didint like how the employee talked to me at the room door.

Photos did not represent actual accommodations. Paint peeling off the wall in bathroom, bathtub had rust and broken plunger mechanism, no bedside lamps, sketchy electrical outlets, noisy location. Requested extra blankets, only received a single thin one. Worst experience I’ve ever had for lodgings. Couldn’t wait to leave as soon as possible the next morning. Not a recommended place to stay in my opinion.

Pleasantly surprised by this motel. I stayed here in December and had a really good experience. The price was very affordable, and the staff was kind and helpful — one of them even helped me move my reservation to the next day without any problem. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax and get good rest after a long workday. Great value for the money. Would stay here again.

Quiet area , lots of parking space and everything is close by. Very convenient
