Beautiful property and the staff is kind and amazing

We went for the Bayfront Blues Festival so naturally the location was perfect. Received some misinformation about the shutter service so we walked carrying all our gear several times when we could have gotten a ride. The property was beautiful would definitely stay there again

I asked different room and they were easy and friendly about it Thanks to girls up front.

My friend has gas siphoned out of her car! Room was in my name and we both drove to she parked in the back. Was there no cameras? Does anybody patrol the area at night or watch the cameras???

The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are not. Please consider providing pillow options at check in.

Always a great stay! Ease to navigate, great restaurant, drinks, outdoor activities and staff helpful and courteous.

I did not like the food options. Need more up to date variety for breakfast.

The restaurant at the hotel is great as is the staff. Lots of tasty options on the menu!

Property is gorgeous! The views are definitely worth the value. My biggest issue is the lack of personnel outside. We had multiple nights where large groups would take over all the fire pits and chairs. It was bad enough where they used the fire pit as a storage bin for pizza boxes.

Amazing time on our honeymoon we had the best view and room ever! The only thing we had a hard time with was the light by our table was out, we asked the front desk about it 3 times but nothing was ever done. However everything else was superb, a very convenient location as well, really close to canal park. Also a beautiful building/area. The landscaping and property was phenomenal, definitely felt like a resort. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Requested and paid for harbor view room and felt I did not get that but other than that, it was a wonderful stay! That was the only negative, restaurant was fantastic, service was great, and was clean!

We had a great stay at Pier B Resort with our three kids. Beautiful lake views, clean rooms, and a perfect location close to everything in Duluth. The staff was friendly, and the kids loved watching ships from the patio. Highly recommend for families!

The front desk girl never gave me my VIP breakfast vouchers therefore I had to ask for them the next morning. Also she never said unless you ask on a two night stay, they don't clean rooms. Also bartender in the restaurant did not fill my glass like she did the person after me not being consistent.

We love staying@ Pier B... However we were locked out of our room for 45 minutes. Two of the PB employees stated there was a "known problem" with that door.
